I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The property was very neat and clean, with everything well-maintained. The swimming pool was also clean and hygienic, making it a great experience to relax and enjoy. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. Absolutely wonderful stay , the villa was as described, even better, regularly cleaned and best of it all was the food.. in a place like Goa, where everywhere prices are through the roof...this was a much welcome relief..such delicious food , thar we never bothered to venture outside...the cook Shravan is an absolute masterchief...he could just cook up anything and the hosts , Bhawna, Aman, Swati and team were simply wonderful...they went out of the way to make our stay pleasant...absolutely recommend this and will definitely come back again...

We had an awesome stay at this huge villa — truly a luxurious experience! The location is great, and the villa comes with a top-notch music system that added to the fun. This accommodation exceeded expectations. It was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. Inside and outside it was just incredibly beautiful. I cant really say much about the touristy things in this area as I was visiting during monsoon season but there is a fantastic restaurant just a few minutes by foot down the road. Communication was always easy and fast and the information provided beforehand included everything you needed to know. As this was my first visit to India I really would like to thank the family taking care of the place: They helped and supported me whenever I struggled. I got to experience real Goan hospitality which made an AirBnb feel like a home. This made my stay very special and unforgettable. Strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The apartment is perfectly located—nestled in a beautiful gated society with stunning views of the Nerul river, yet just minutes away from the main market and a short 5-minute drive to Candolim beach. I stayed here with my parents and kids, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The space was crystal clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than what the photos show.
