Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

Excellent stay - super clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s quiet, very green and the pool is great. Kitchen is very well stocked and I feel the property has everything you’d need. The place has been very thoughtfully done - right from having tea, coffee, sugar and basic masalas to toiletries and the most comfortable comforter. Location is as described - in a village but close enough (about 20 minutes) to the popular places / restaurants in North Goa. The hosts are lovely people and would check in briefly every morning to check if all was good. Absolutely lovely stay and would love to be back.

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. The place was amazing and exactly matched the description. Overall, me and my friends had an amazing time there and we really look forward to visit again soon.

We initially Booked the property for 3 days but after we have taken look at the place in person we have extended the booking by one more day. One thing to say "Worth the Price" - Best place to be if u want to stay near Candolim, Calangute and Baga. And Surprisingly a responsive host and really had great time staying in the place.

We stayed at an Airbnb Casa Sqeria, Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived early, around 10:00 AM. Initially, we just planned to leave our luggage and explore the area, but the caretaker, Shubham and Joel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged a temporary room for us to freshen up and rest, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We were also given bottled water. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had a warm, homely vibe. There were friendly dogs on the premises, as well as some fishes and turtles, which added a charming and lively touch to the stay. On the terrace, there was a small but cozy swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip and relaxation. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality truly stood out.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb property! The rooms and interiors are exactly as shown in the photos. I even extended my stay for one more night instead of going to or booking any resort. The double balcony is absolutely perfect, and the view is so peaceful. The place is incredibly well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need. Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit are all available at this location, which is super convenient. The staff member, Raj, is extremely helpful and kind. He always calls ahead and asks for permission before entering the house for cleaning. Special thanks to Raj! The hosts, Mishika and Shikha, are absolutely wonderful. Thank you both for being such great hosts. Had a memorable vacation, loved the stay, and would highly recommend this place!

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

We had a nice stay at this cozy flat, the caretaker was very helpful and the flat is in a good location also.

My second time staying here just like last time it was neat, clean and well ventilated. One of the rare gems in this area, safe surroundings, a pool and 2 ACs and the caretaker is also almost always available, very helpful.

My parents and sister recently visited Goa for a 3-day trip, and Shashank turned out to be a truly exceptional host—very kind, humble, and always responsive. The stay was extremely pleasant with a clean, well-kept apartment, a relaxing pool, and beautiful views. The peaceful surroundings and walkable access to beaches like Candolim made it easy for my family to enjoy their trip with minimal hassle. What stood out the most was Shashank's kind gesture in helping arrange an extra night’s stay elsewhere when his place was unavailable—truly thoughtful. His support throughout made my parents feel at ease. The location is excellent—close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach. A special mention for the nearby vegetarian restaurant, which was a real bonus for my family. Also, a big thank-you to Shashank😊. Highly recommended for a peaceful, homely Goa stay!

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

This place is packed properly with amenities and has beautiful interiors. Jonas, the manager accommodated us quite well even when our original room was having some issues. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay across the two configurations. Rooms are vibrant and someone with a design-centric mind will definitely love it.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

We had a lovely stay at Savio and Lucy’s well-maintained home in Goa. Everything was just as described, and the added cleaning service every other day made things even more comfortable. Savio and Lucy were incredibly warm and responsive. When we accidentally locked ourselves out on day one, Lucy arrived quickly with spare keys and a big smile. She also helped us navigate local essentials through an app, which was a huge help. The location is peaceful—ideal if you enjoy quiet evenings after beach days (though the beach is a drive away). A tip: rent a car from the airport itself—it’s much easier. Savio connected us with a great car rental contact and even arranged a whiteboard and yoga mat for us. Their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made this trip special. Highly recommended. Thank you, Savio and Lucy!

Dev is a wonderful host, who went beyond his way, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. the apartment is cute, clean, neat and quite airy - it was almost like living in your own space. Dev was always available on call and texts and was infact very accommodating to all our requests. He gave great recommendations for food and local shopping (cashews) and even advised us how best to navigate the city, especially when it came to finding a cab/ taxi. I really appreciate how patient he was with my friends and we might even come back here the next time we are in Goa! Thank you, Dev for being a part of our trip. :)
