The place is humagous. Now that I am thinking it seems like I didnt see any cockroach. Lol. But we really enjoyed our stay, all appliances and equipments are working well. I hope they keep it that way. They even allowed us to check out late as we check in really late. The caretaker, Ms. Lea, is really friendly and easy to approach. We are certainly recommending this place. Kudos!

We don’t often get the chance to be together as a family. Our schedules barely line up, so this trip meant a lot to us. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much we loved it there. Boza Villas didn’t feel like a rental. it felt like a secret place we got lucky enough to find. I know every guest comes in with different standards and expectations, especially with a new listing like this, but for us, this wasn’t just a beautiful place. It had heart. From the moment we checked in, the whole Boza team was in full coordination to make sure nothing got in the way of our experience. And we saw those efforts. Everyone responded according to their roles. Special shoutout to Kuya Larry and the housekeeping peeps for extending their help during our stay. We felt at home as the place was really nice and quiet. Everything was clean and well-organized. We love how responsive the staff were to our requests and how they offer us options with the pool. Good place to just to chill and rest with your fam/barkada!

Resort conveniences, aesthetic accommodations. Recommended if you’re looking for a place to chill in Mangatarem. The cabin itself felt cozy and had just the right look on the outside. Air conditioning was available though I think the electric fan can be sufficient during colder months. Parking was easy and ample. Staff was great, all my needs were attended to as well as my requests for food and souvenirs to buy, with a very reasonable delivery fee. Breakfast and dinner were good and filling. The atchara was just right and not overpowering. Would go back here, especially to give the swimming options a try.

We had a great stay on this resort. No other guest, just us so we had the whole place for us. The kids enjoyed the pool despite the very heavy rain. This property is a beach front but we were not able to go to the beach due to the high waves. We were able to sleep comfortably because it has 4 rooms and a lot of extra mattress. ( without additional charge) But it could have been better if the blankets are thick and not just a flat sheet to complete the wonderful experience. Mattress are new so it was also good. The caretaker is very helpful and always attends to our needs. Thanks to you kuya. Ms Juliet is very responsive with all our queries, She even allowed us to stay longer because there was an orange rainfall that day. We just wish that there is a hot shower on the main Villa and that the utensils shd be changed. ( not plastic ware) Overall this place is highly recommended. Thank you.

Place was very serene, relaxing and peaceful. Food served were all fresh and delicious. Staffs were all friendly and very accommodating. Would love to come back in the future.

me and my family have enjoyed our stay. Super comfortable ung Lugar nya and very accommodating c Ms Camile. it's a great place to stay. malapit din sa my main area like palengke, fast foods area and other vicinity. Will definitely be booking again with them.

As air Bnb superhost, I would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places I have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner as well as the staffs are all very warm and accomodating. I would highly recommend this wonderful place and will surely comeback again.

Kris and Raphael were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. The stay was pleasant, this is a reliable option for a comfortable visit.

I would rate the place 9/10, would be perfect if the kitchen in which you pay and addtnl 500 pesos per night had complete amenities (knives, chopping boards, etc.) and if the doors were working smoothly (we had problems w/r opening and closing the door); but the airbnb itself is so nice and could really accommodate a large group of people :) everything was so clean, as we also didn’t expect that the place came with a fridge and water dispenser. This is a good “provincial beach reset” for anyone wanting a peaceful vacation because it’s so layo talaga sa city-CITY, like the convenient store na malapit is like a 30 min drive but sari-sari stores were relatively close to the resort. Overall will definitely recommend this place!!!

Great experience for fair price! My family enjoyed the place. They are also very hospitable! We came earlier around 10:30am and they let us stay and eat at the "kubo's",nipa hut cottage, while they are preparing our room. They lent us also kitchenwares and grill so we can cook or heat our food. Though they are renting the stove with gas, we just decided to use charcoal for small amount of food we brought. The place is a little far around 5hrs drive and very narrow road going inside the place. But it's worth, and the beach is clean and their pool as well. Highly recommended for big families.

The place is clean, Free use od kitchen and friendly staff. We loved the fact that kayaking is free! One of his staff will even lookout for you personally.

We love that it’s right on the beach and the staff were accommodating. Overall, we had a great time, though there are a couple of things that could be improved: - It would have been better if they provided a fan, as the AC was a bit weak and the room got quite hot especially since it's summer. - The food at their partner restaurant was a bit disappointing. We ordered twice, but unfortunately, neither meal was good.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay, then this beach resort is one to check. We arrive at around 1030am sa resort and the check in time is 2pm pa talaga but they happily welcomed and assisted us to our room. We stayed sa Family room which is super spacious kaya comfy kami lahat + it's clean. May own cr, ref and water dispenser. Ok din yung beach, few mins walk lang from our room and we enjoyed dipping sa pool nila hanggang gabi. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. 10/10

It offers an idyllic retreat where guests can unwind and rejuvenate. The pool is very nice and well kept. The service was 99% excellent. While we had few issues with the low pressure water in our room, nevertheless, the staff was really attentive and friendly. :D

A beautiful home stay in Botolan! It looks just like their photos. Very well maintained and hosts are very kind and responsive :) Booked my immediate family to stay here during our wedding day at one of the nearby resorts. Very convenient!! Loved how spacious the villa is plus beds were comfy as per my family’s feedback. The pool was the best part too! My family enjoyed every minute of their stay. Grandma said she has never felt so relaxed in so long!! 💕 So happy to have found this gem. Highly recommended!
