Beachfront holiday rental in Canandaigua Lake

This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view of the lake was stunning. The host was very responsive. Convenient location-just a 10-minute drive to restaurants, the market, and town.

This lakefront cottage was in a beautiful location and directly on the water, so you could go to sleep and wake up to the peaceful sounds of the lake. Every bit of space was used efficiently, resulting in the place feeling roomier than you may think at first glance. It was even pet-friendly with our dog finding a nice spot right by the door where he could watch all the happenings on the lake no matter what the weather! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

This lake house was the perfect weekend getaway for our group! The whole house was clean, and had beautiful views everywhere you went. Our weather during our weekend was a bit rainy but having the sauna and all of the games provided still allowed us to have an amazing time! We will absolutely book this house in the future :)

Beautiful view and nice, comfy home! We all enjoyed the pool table and punching bag in basement. It was really wonderful waking up to the view of beautiful Keuka Lake and we made some great family memories here. Thank you!

Great people running this place, who really want to see that you enjoy your stay. They've got tips for you, provide plenty to get you situated and give you access to a large plot of land to live pretty freely on during your stay. The pond is fantastic for swimming and searching for frogs (come back by the pond with a headlamp after the sun goes down), and the tent was perfect. Very comfy mattress and blankets as well. I'll without a doubt be back, and I'll be bringing some folks with me. This place is awesome

My experience was excellent from the reservation to checkout. It’s a beautiful location and the home was perfect. It was better than I could’ve imagined. The description and pictures don’t do the property or cabin/cottage justice. It was very clean and we felt right at home. I needed a peaceful weekend away and it did not disappoint! Suzanne was very responsive and helpful. Great place! We’ve already talked about going back for a longer stay.

This cottage is so adorable! Me and my family had an amazing stay. We loved having access to the water and a dock. It’s so close to local breweries and wineries. The view is also so beautiful off the back deck. We would love to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Perfect location - just a short drive to Geneva, Watkins Glen, Penn Yan and Seneca Falls. Lots of breweries and wineries and great restaurants! The cottage was well furnished and spacious. Large refrigerator and brand new stove. We loved the bed! I am a soft bed fan and most places have hard mattresses. Our grand daughter loved the kayak. We enjoyed cooking dinners on the gas grill and relaxing by the fire after dark. There was almost no other neighbors there for our stay so it was quiet and peaceful most of the time. We DID hear the Naval Research station down the road early in the morning but that didn’t last long. Very nice dock. I enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with a cup of tea/coffee. Bathroom/shower is tiny and a bit cramped but I understand you have to deal with the architecture of what you have All in all we loved it would stay here again!

Our stay here was fantastic. Joan was an amazing host and had plenty of recommendations on things to do based on what we liked. Could not have been a better experience, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and overall it was such a lovely spot. Waking up to the calm of the area and being so close to so many fantastic local places made this trip one or the best we've ever had. Went for my partner's birthday this all made it truly special.

Kelly was great to communicate with and very responsive with any questions. House was very nice. Went for 3 nights to catch up with friends. The large deck with fire pit was great to eat outside then sit around the fire pit and catch up. The location was convenient to restaurants, several wineries and more. Would go back again!

Had a great stay here on a long weekend. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved that there were plenty of extra towels and blankets. Sitting on the dock was very relaxing and we saw an eagle a couple of times. We even used the kayaks to paddle up to a local wine cellars dock. Close to Watkins glen for hiking and plenty of wineries nearby. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Great house on the lake. Well stocked kitchen and a ton of games. Great seating area. Loved the dock and the fire pit. Hosts were very responsive and gave some great pointers for the area. Loved hiking Watkins Glen. Easy to get around the area and lots of wineries and breweries.

Bruce was a fantastic host! His cottage on Cayuga Lake was perfect for our getaway. The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, providing the ideal setting for relaxation. We had such a wonderful time taking out the row boat, fishing, fantastic fire pit and visiting local wineries. Bruce had some great recommendations for local restaurants. We are already planning to return next year!

Jessica was an incredibly responsive and honest host! The photos looked exactly as advertised, and the scenery was incredible. My fiancé and I had never been in the Finger Lakes, and it was a privilege to stay literally on Seneca Lake, with the best custard/ice cream shop in the world Spotted Duck about 5 minutes down the road. tons of places to eat in the area, including authentic great Mexican. The property was clean, quiet, safe and homey. It is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family option with kids to be lakeside. 10/10 stay!

This property was amazing! Our family is already talking about the idea of making this an annual destination. Most properties don't EXCEED what the listing shares and depicts, but this one did. The home is beautifully positioned on the lake and the views from the home are just gorgeous. It's in close proximity to many wineries, breweries, Watkins Glen and hiking. The home is extremely well stocked and appointed. Pristine. Clean and comfortable. The outside spaces are great--from firepit, to decks to outdoor bar and dock. We've already recommended this property to a friend! The process and interactions with Sofia were easy and went smoothly. Loved this place!

We stayed at this cozy home over a long weekend catching up with some friends. The hosts were very responsive whenever we needed assistance throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the home was tidy. Great view of the water and not too far from local wineries and restaurants. Overall a good experience.

The house was absolutely beautiful with an even more beautiful view, the kayaks and paddle boards were easily accessible and were a ton of fun on the lake, Mary was a great host. We had some weather related incidents and she responded within minutes. The only negative thing I could say is, we should’ve booked it for longer, we didn’t want to leave. It was very fun weekend!

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

Great cozy cottage on the Keuka Lake. Garrett was a great host and the house was very comfortable for my family of 4. Got to enjoy taking our paddle board on the lake, sit by the fire pit during sunset and enjoy the hot tub after a cold rainy hike at Watkins Glen gorge.
