Holiday rentals with a patio in Canal de Navarrés

Javier was the perfect host, very helpful, friendly and accommodating! The apartment was spotlessly clean and really convenient for the train station to travel the area. We would happily book this accommodation again and highly recommend Havier and his place

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

We only stayed one day. The apartment was in perfect condition and very clean. Esther was very friendly and we asked her for two favors that she had no problem granting us. We're very grateful for that.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We spent a week in Gandía and it was a good thing to stay in the attic. I went with a baby and they offered us a crib and highchair to make us more comfortable. The apartment is very nice and we were very comfortable. It is centrally located and close to the station, so it was comfortable to arrive.This summer we will spend another week in Gandía and we will definitely repeat.

The house exceeded our expectations by far. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the house is, and that's what good pictures. Nuria's house is wonderfully decorated and when we walked in we felt like we were premiering the house, of how clean, well organized and cared for that everything was. Also the kitchen was fully equipped and there were basic ingredients such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc. which we appreciated since we arrived on a holiday and almost everything was closed Nuria as a host, 10. Always be attentive to the questions we asked you before our place, and once there, also be attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. Check in and out was very easy and rounded out a wonderful experience. All in all, a totally recommended place to stay.

Peace, tranquility, a perfect weekend. Just the outside alone is worth it. We would have stayed to live!!! We will definitely be back. The hostess is very kind, she answers any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your home, I hope to see you soon

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

We had a night since we were traveling and it was better than expected. Very responsive host at all times, all very clean and good location. What if we missed it was kitchen cloths and wipes. We will repeat yet.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

We had a great stay in Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
