First of all, the host is very kind and solution-oriented, we would like to thank Ms. Biret very much. As of the season we stayed, we had a little cold and rain. Since it was raining a lot, there was some water dripping in the area with the seats on the roof. But there was no such problem in the rooms with beds. The view and air of the house is very peaceful. The kitchen supplies were adequate and clean. There was no problem with the bathroom and hot water. It was comfortable. For those visiting in March-April, it is advisable to buy clothes when staying. Also, you'd better buy a hair dryer, you had some control in the house. The barbecue and the faucet in front of the house were quite good. The house also has a tchibo capsule machine, okey set. We had a nice holiday quite enough for the group of friends. We left peaceful and quite happy.🌸

The house is located 5 minutes by car from the center, there is a gas station and grocery stores nearby, and the location of the house is in a very nice, immaculate nature in terms of view. I can say that every detail you can think about the items is in the comfort of a thoughtful hotel. We stayed with two families and stayed comfortably. If you want a home holiday with the comfort of a hotel, Villa Dalyan is your exact address. We came across a much nicer house than we saw in the pictures. We were also pleased with the size of the rooms, the convenience of the common areas, and the availability of everything and even more that can be found in a home. You only need to come with your clothes. Mr. Mehmet and his wife thought of everything else. If you want to spend a holiday with a view of Bozcaada in nature, away from the noise of the city and stress, this house should definitely be your choice... The location of the house is close to the sea, everything was very nice. We felt like we were at home, Ms. Ayfer was always helpful by responding quickly, a place where we would consider going again.

It was a great place to stay that was even better than the pictures. It was a large house with 3 levels and lots of beds. In addition, there are 2 kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor and a toilet and 2 showers on each floor. In kitchen there is everything from freezer, refrigerator, oven and kitchen utensils. There was also a mocha machine. Plenty of cutlery and plates. Also a lot of terraces with great views. The kitchen had oil and herbs available. The communication also worked out very well, the owners were very friendly and mostly on the road. You had complete privacy in the house. The surroundings were within walking distance everywhere. If you want a quieter beach vacation, this is the place to be.

We had an amazing stay at Evrim's place. The house is easy to reach and provides all the privacy you need to take a break from the world outside. The terrace, living room, and bedroom offer magnificent views. If you want to socialize, you can visit the neighboring hotel, Simurg Inn, and benefit from all the amenities, like the pool, restaurant, and bar. Evrim was very responsive and friendly, giving us great recommendations about the area. I'd definitely visit this place again.
