At the summer house, the gas boiler, built-in oven, washing machine and dishwasher are in working order, and there is hot water. On the front veranda, there is a pergola and a barbecue with a chimney, and the entire balcony is enclosed by a fly screen. The municipality provides free umbrellas on the beach. Since the building has a water pump, the villa has no water problems.
