The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at David’s house was in excellent condition, the surroundings were peaceful & we enjoyed our time very much! We would however advise travellers to bring their own amenities/food as it would be too inconvenient to access stores several miles away. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we would like to offer a special thanks to our cooperative host David who went above & beyond for us by offering to help at any time of the day. We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s place! She had every amenity we could need, the apartment was very clean, and she was always responsive and friendly. We enjoyed morning runs and workouts on the nearby paths and the close proximity to the train station (we visited Chiavenna twice). Would recommend and we hope to return in the future!

We stayed with our two dogs and spent days in total relaxation and tranquility Accommodation suitable for those who want to get out of their daily routine and completely unwind. It helped me to regenerate and not think about the many problems I left at home.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you also for the warm welcome and the tips. We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the comments, the view from the terrace is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what can I say about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt right at home. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! The view was stunning, the neighbors were so friendly and sweet, the home itself was perfect and had everything we needed, and there was so much to do in the local area. Will definitely be recommending in the future!!

I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic place, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very communicative, helpful and welcoming. For these reasons I give the highest rating. The house, which is more than 100 years old, in a pedestrian area on the hillside, also has some inconveniences (uphill walk to the house, toilet on a different level from the bedrooms). For me this is a minor inconvenience, but it might bother someone else. The host sends a video showing the approach from the car park to the house.
