Cozy residence, quiet and pleasant place in a privileged location, on the side street of the SCAR theater, a 10-minute walk to the city's Shopping mall, close to markets, bars, bakeries and restaurants, a 10-minute drive to the Weg company, 5 min to Marisol, CSM or Duas Rodas. Birds are often heard singing when you wake up. For those hot days and for your greater comfort, we have air-conditioning in all the rooms :) We accept small pets.
