Excellent house, well maintained and clean. Owner obviously takes pride in their place. Clean, well stocked with kitchen items, comfortable with lots of seating, air conditioning worked well. Pool was excellent and cool for the hot days. Communication was excellent except for a small misunderstanding on the check-in procedure - very responsive. Highly recommended.

The structure is great, everything is new, well cared for and very comfortable. The location is also a great plus: the neighborhood is quiet, safe and easily accessible. A big difference was the details thoughtfully prepared for the guests: cookies, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, cotton buds... all carefully prepared to make us feel at home. The space corresponds to what is in the photos. The host was very helpful and quickly resolved the replacement of the shower that malfunctioned during the stay. I didn't realise that the listing didn't include the supply of towels (pay attention to this detail), but Diego still "went the extra mile" and lent us towels.

The space is good, clean and organized. Good for those who want to stay overnight, but it doesn't have much structure for meals. The host was available and quickly resolved a problem that arose in the bathroom. Self check-in is very comfortable. Although the space is quite airy, I found the room a little warm. For those who are used to air conditioning, it ends up being missed. But it actually matches the listing description.

The place is as described, accommodates well and is located in a large condominium. I rented it to an event in the city and the location is great. Gerlane was flexible about the entry and exit times.
