The "Il Fienile" apartment is located within Corte Fratini, an 18th-century rural complex, recognized as being of historical interest, built around a closed farmyard in the town of Pigge, 3 km from Trevi. The apartment has a separate entrance, 1 double bedroom with a whirlpool tub, a kitchen with a living area, a sofa, a private bathroom, a fireplace, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Dogs under 10 kg are allowed upon request and with a daily supplement to be paid on site.

Casetta Valentina is a former barn inside the courtyard of the Casale del Gelso (an old farmhouse from the late 1800s) and located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of an apartment of about 60 square meters. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful private space.
