Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

La Casetta di Bologna is a small quiet corner in the city. A few steps from the historic center, reachable with a pleasant walk under the historic arcades of Bologna Unesco heritage. Independent entrance and lovely private garden where you can relax, read a book, have breakfast or dinner outdoors. Private parking spot, Max L car 4.86 meters. The fairgrounds can be reached in 10 minutes. Wifi internet, LCD TV, air conditioning. The bus stop is a short walk away.

House in Farm

Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farm has become a welcoming country house consisting of two independent apartments. The largest of the two is the Lauro Residence, a large two-storey space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an independent entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who choose this space to stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.

Bellissima casa indipendente su due piani con giardino di 100mq in una delle vie più antiche di Bologna. La sua posizione è particolarmente strategica, adiacente a Via Irnerio, a pochi minuti da Piazza Maggiore e dalla Stazione Centrale. Oltre ad essere in prossimità delle principali attrazioni turistiche, la zona è servitissima da ristoranti, bar, supermarket e farmacie.
