Mickael and Dorothée welcome you to their home in a 28 m2 independent apartment 10 minutes from the Château de Compiègne and 25 minutes by car from the Château de Pierrefonds. The Aisne River passes a few hundred meters away and hiking trails are close to the property. A great place to relax and visit the Compiègnois.

The unexpected

In the very center, this charming house is ideally located in front of the lake, at the foot of the majestic castle and its restaurants. It consists of an equipped kitchen and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. Upstairs you will have a nice bedroom with a king size bed, a dressing room and a bathroom. Coffee, tea and spices are available. Large quiet terrace. At the gates of the state forest of Compiègne, come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the many activities.

Close to Coucy-le-Château, Soissons, Laon, Le Chemin des Dames, the Caverne du Dragon... so many sites to discover! From the terrace, in this Natura 2000 classified area, you can observe landscapes changing according to the seasons, floods, swans, ducks, egrets and more occasionally storks.

1 hour from Paris, 45 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and 5 minutes from Pierrefonds in the Compiègne forest, you will stay in the center of a charming village, in an old restored mill, in the heart of a large green estate where nature and picturesque mix. From the first days you will enjoy the park and the pond as well as the banks of the rû whose currents still operate the authentic wheel of the mill.
