Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. This modern house is equipped with just about everything from luxury furniture, all smart devices, privacy with your own pool, and the location is on a beautiful street with tons of palm trees centrally located at the base of Old town Scottsdale & Arcadia. Within a 2 block radius you have some of the best restaurants AZ has to offer including North, LGO, Steak 44, etc. Please note the pool can be heated with a $50 per night charge.
