The Orchard Chalet superb amenities total privacy

HarveyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We only stayed 2 nights but Thelma’s place was excellent. Very clean and tidy, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. A lovely place to relax especially in your own little garden space to the side, which is where I spend most of my time! Thelma is a lovely lady and correspondence with her was first class. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back for a longer stay when we can.

What a perfect little find this cottage was, the pictures don't do it any justice, it is warm, cozy, peaceful and beautiful. The bedding was spotless and we had the best nights sleep in years. Sonia was a fantastic host, helpful, friendly and really quick to respond. We loved it here ❤️

Delightful 1 Bedroom/En-suite Shepherd Hut

MaryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I booked the hut for a solo weekend. I wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful where I could get away from the stress of being a busy mum for a few days. Sharon’s shepherds hut was perfect in every way and will definitely be booking again for myself. Would certainly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Had a lovely getaway for our anniversary. The garden that the cabin looks into was wonderful and it was great watching the birds come and go from the bird box in the morning from bed. Felt like we were in our own little world.

Secluded Shepherds Hut with luxury king size bed

KirstieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Shepherd's Hut is a lovely place to stay. It's really comfy and the bed is king sized. There are lots of thoughtful touches, from the welcome basket and fresh milk, water supplies and very easy to access shower/toilet (in a warm, dry shed just behind the Hut). We self catered mostly and the microwave/toaster/kettle were fine, and the fridge is small but had room for our food AND wine (!). Practicalities aside, it was so lovely to sit on the steps of the hut and watch the wildlife - owls, deer, hares all appeared, and lots of different birds to watch. So peaceful. We were lucky with the weather but we'd have been just has happy snuggled up there if it had rained. Kind and considerate hosts too, who made sure we had all we needed.

Shepherd hut -secluded riverside location

SimonRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Helen's hut was exactly what I needed while in Cambridge. It was quiet, calm, peaceful. A great comfortale bed, bathroom and kitchen. Really nice decorations. Helen was lovely to speak to - both when booking and when checking in. It's a shame I didn't get to talk with her more. She provided local knowledge and just left me to myself - which was exactly what you need after long days in the office. I would definitely stay again if Helen would have me.

Delightful secluded shepherds hut.

EriksRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Would suggest if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Got all the essentials needed for a few days, close to seaside. Perhaps leave a little extra time to find the place. Not too difficult but we did go past it once.

A Magical Hobbit House In Rutland

SophiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you are looking for a cosy getaway , the Hobbit is perfect. Amy has created an idyllic escape “pod” where you have all the creature comforts, lovely hot water, Wi-Fi, but in a truly unique setting. It’s magical and I cannot recommend more. Sitting out on the decking at night with the dogs (secure garden) was so peaceful. Amy could not have been more obliging: on request made sure the garden was dog proofed, and when I had a problem with the Wi-Fi (a previous guest charmingly took the charger plug) , she brought round a new one asap. Lovely host, lovely place: perfect.
