Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

The house has a glorious view overlooking the village pond and is ideally located to tour Norfolk and the Norfolk Coast, King’s Lynn, Sandringham, Ely. At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Rural hideaway in a cosy farm cottage with hot tub

'The Maid's cottage was a perfect retreat and photos don't do it justice'. Our cottage is the ideal accommodation for couples or families with children to have a relaxing retreat in this cosy home, with its own hot tub. We feel it is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children, who would be happy to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. The garden is enclosed and perfect for dogs. It was completely renovated in 2020 and opened in late 2021.
