Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

L'esperienza nell'alloggio di Domenico è stata meravigliosa. È davvero raro trovare un host che riesca a trasmettere così tanto e a farti sentire a come a casa. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione impagabile, con vista sull'isola di Vivara e un accesso al mare diretto: scendendo due rampe di scale si accede a un breve percorso su roccia che porta a uno specchio d'acqua incantevole. L'alloggio è comodo e pulito, grazie a Domenico lo abbiamo raggiunto dal porto in breve tempo: durante il tragitto ci ha segnalato tutti i punti di interesse sull'isola e nei dintorni dell'alloggio. Per un soggiorno a Procida consiglio questa struttura magnifica. Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente Pietro

Overall this place exceeded my expectations. I needed a place to stay close to the Airport and this was it. I anticipated staying in a nearby hotel but after having stayed here I realized the hotel would have been a mistake. Roberto's apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was quiet despite being close to the airport. It would also serve as a nice base for Napoli as a whole as the Airport bus gets you n to the city center in about 20 minutes and is an 8 minute walk from the stop to the apartment. Check in was easy and Roberto was readily available. The bed was very comfortable which was an added bonus as I had been driving all day. All in all, good value and comfortable stay.

Great little stop over 20 mins from the base of mount Vesuvius. Slightly remote but can’t complain when you are so close to the national park. Host was welcoming and very flexible with our late check in. Thanks

Si è riconfermato un grandissimo piacere soggiornare qui. Luciano è l’host ideale 🥰 ha avuto molta pazienza e disponibilità nell’aiutarci a prolungare il soggiorno e risolvere dei problemi tecnici sulla piattaforma. Disponibile e tempestivo come sempre nel dare informazioni utili. Sempre cordiale e amichevole, ci rivedremo presto!

This place is great, but the real gem is Massimiliano and family. The whole family went out of their way to make everything easier (Naples (even little Bacoli) is not easy), going out of their way to walk us somewhere instead of trying to describe directions. They gave us a personal welcome when we arrived, stopped to talk with us if they saw us in town, spent time getting to know us, and came out to say goodbye when we left. If we had a question, I could text Massimiliano but usually one of his parents were out in town and saw us wandering and helped personally!! SO friendly and vital for a great Bacoli experience. We would have been metaphorically and literally lost without this family and they were so nice about helping! If you want authentic Italian hospitality, this is for you. If you want standard American hotel type accommodations... probably you wouldn't be on Airbnb anyway... but at least note that this one is the whole package and *worth it*!

Chi vuole provare un assaggio di paradiso? Allora venite a Gaeta da Paola e Salvatore! Lo studio è immerso in un paesaggio incantevole e la terrazza con vista sulle colline e sul mare è semplicemente un sogno! Salvatore e Paola sono degli host fantastici e molto attenti. Ci hanno consigliato le spiagge più belle nelle vicinanze, ci hanno suggerito ristoranti fantastici e ci hanno persino comprato dell'acqua Evian prima del nostro arrivo. E potrei continuare all'infinito... Un paradiso non ha bisogno di raccomandazioni, bisogna viverlo. A presto e grazie di cuore per tutto, cari Paola e Salvatore.

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La sistemazione è stata semplicemente fantastica: una porzione di villa fronte mare, curata con semplicità, pulitissima e super attrezzata. Nota di merito assoluta al dehors: uno spazio impagabile immerso nella macchia mediterranea, con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Giorgia è stata disponibilissima e molto flessibile, rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Una vera sorpresa… e una certezza per il futuro: torneremo sicuramente!

Das Haus von Alessio ist etwas ganz besonders. Es hebt sich positiv vom AirBnB Mainstream ab. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist im perfekten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Es wartet auch eine kleine Besonderheit auf einen, die ich hier aber nicht verraten möchte. Das Badezimmer ist hervorragend, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer samt Bett sehr gemütlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um die wunderschöne Gegend, den Nationalpark und die vielen anderen Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und eine Perle der Abruzzen. Man kann die Geschichte der Mauern förmlich hören und spüren. Ich habe wirklich viel von der Welt bereisen dürfen und dieser Ort und Alessio´s Haus, sind etwas sehr besonderes.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Eravamo di passaggio per una sola notte, ma abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia e la disponibilità in fase di check-in. L’alloggio è perfetto in ogni suo aspetto, nuovo, pulitissimo, ben arredato e ottimamente fornito. Zona silenziosissima. Spero di poterci tornare con la famiglia e godermi sia la comodità dell’appartamento con più calma, sia i dintorni (Reggia, ecc). Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Raffaele è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolte al traghetto e ci ha fatto sentire accolte come in altri tempi. La casa è in un ottima posizione con vista sul mare e un gradevolissimo spazio esterno circondato da alberi e orti. All' interno la casa è molto accogliente e curata. Un' esperienza da ripetere!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso La Tana di Aldo e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti! La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta, a soli 100 metri da Pepe in Grani, ideale per chi desidera scoprire le eccellenze culinarie della zona. Oltre alla posizione, grande nota di merito va data alla particolare attenzione nella pulizia: lenzuola pulite profumate e senza neanche un pelucco; bagno molto pulito e con tutto il necessario. È senza dubbio uno dei BnB più puliti che abbiamo mai visitato! L’ambiente è accogliente, ben curato e di recente ristrutturazione. Consiglio vivamente La Tana di Aldo a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’ottima posizione per andare a mangiare da Pepe in Grani!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nell'alloggio di Federica a Colli a Volturno. Casa immersa nella natura, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro del paese e da ristoranti e servizi. Giacomo che ha gestito il check-in è stato gentilissimo a fornirci consigli su cosa vedere in zona e disponibile. Il lago di Castel San Vincenzo è a circa 15 minuti di auto dall'abitazione. Si può parcheggiare in strada a pochi passi dalla casa. Per me è un posto fantastico per rilassarsi e per visitare i dintorni, fare escursioni o trekking e gli host ci tengono a far trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno fornendo tutto il necessario. Noi abbiamo adorato la terrazza e la famiglia di gattini che vive praticamente nell'edificio di fronte. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo in generale.

Magnifique appartement presque les pieds dans l'eau. Une magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur le Vésuve. Bacoli est une charmante petite ville à 35-40 minutes de bus de Naples. Gennaro est très réactif et l'accès au logement a été parfait. Un magnifique séjour de 3 nuits.
