The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

The accommodation has a very nice view of Lake Como, is located in a quiet side street, was very clean and well equipped. Everything was well described and the nearby parking lot was quickly accessible. You should arrive by car. The location near Menaggio was also ideal. The lake is within walking distance and you can swim from the small private beach. Overall, it was a very successful stay for the three of us as a family.

I usually do not leave reviews. Especially in this case I really dint want to leave a review because I want this place to stay hidden so I can go again. Generally, Luca is a very nice guy. Hopefully his neightbor was there to show us the place and she was very kind and friendly. The house is nice and Dervio is a very nice small town/village in the north part of lake Como.

We highly recommend this accommodation, very clean, very quiet, the mattresses are very comfortable (which is very important for us), the view is breathtaking. We strongly recommend it.

An absolute dream! What a spectacular view, what a beautiful stone house and what great hosts. We loved everything about our stay - the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. It’s a great location to explore Lago di Como and with Maria’s great tips, we were able to make the most of it. The house has great amenities and we felt perfectly comfortable in it - also in the kitchen, in which we prepared dinners to then eat with a view. We already plan to come back some time. It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you also for the warm welcome and the tips. Words can’t describe how incredible our stay in Casa Angiolina was. Milena went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. From picking us up at the train station to leaving us a lovely bottle of Brut in the fridge to arranging multiple taxis and making local recommendations, Milena was so incredibly helpful. And the house is honestly better than the pictures even show. Beautiful and very comfortable accommodations with fantastic views of the lake and mountains that is about a 15-20 minute walk to city center (though a car would have been helpful if we stayed longer because taxis are not readily accessible at night). Bellano itself is amazing! It is much more peaceful and quiet compared to Varenna (which is also beautiful and easily accessible by train or ferry). My husband and I had an incredible and unforgettable stay here on our honeymoon and will gladly return and would highly recommend this Airbnb. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for everything Milena!

Wonderful place to stay. Just like in the photos and as described. Everything you need. The last part of the journey is single-lane serpentines, but everything is well fixed and therefore feasible without problems. Definitely worth it for the amazing views!

A really nice house in a quiet location with great views over the lake! Everything we needed was there. Thanks to the fireplace, it was very comfortable despite the changeable weather. Mauro is a great host, easily accessible and had many tips for the house and surroundings. Upon arrival, he greeted us right at the parking lot and helped us carry the luggage to the house. You have to walk a few minutes between the house, parking, supermarket, lake shore, etc., which was a lot of fun for us, as the scenery and views are so beautiful. Too bad we couldn't stay longer, I would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the comments, the view from the terrace is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what can I say about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt right at home. This was our second stay, and definitely not our last. Maurizio was responsive and kind as ever, helping us out beyond what many other hosts would do. The flat itself is perfect for two people. Each time has been with my mum who has accessibility needs. There is only one step in the property and that is the front door. The shower is walk-in, and the bed is of high quality. The bedroom does not receive much daylight, so is the coolest room in the property (a blessing when the weather gets warmer). The castle is in prime location, 1 minute walk to the small, free beach. There are several benches scattered around - good for those that struggle to sit on the ground. We ate several times at La Porta Verde, a small café that do incredible paninis and pinsa. There is work undergoing near the property. Overall, noise was not that noticeable, mainly because we were out for the day. They do start working between 7:45-8:30, but generally quiet (no noise at all if at the beach).
