Apartment holiday rentals in Caloundra West

We stayed 2 nights at Stuart’s place and it didn’t disappoint. Close to eatery’s, beach and park. The apartment was stylish and elegant and very modern along with the spectacular view of the ocean.

This is the perfect location for a couple wanting a few days away. Right on the water looking over the Bribie Inlet, it's in the prefect location for the beach, shops and good restaurants. The unit had been refurbished and they have gone to a lot of trouble to make the place outstanding. There was a lovely bottle of wine, crackers and cheese waiting for us on arrival in the mini kitchen. Don't plan on cooking anything much, though there is a double air fryer, a toaster, kettle and a great pod coffee machine, with plenty of pods in different flavours. There's a waching machine dryer and all the things you need to wash, plus ample large fluffy towels for the bathroom, the spa and or the beach. All the linen and furnishings are new or next to new and they have gone the extra mile to make it look and feel luxurious. There's a nice balcony and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water and the passing fishing boats. Getting in and out was easy with the lock box keys.

We had a wonderful weekend away for 5 ladies staying here. Even on a rainy day there was lots of room inside for us to do jigsaws, play board games and eat the yummy food from nearby bakeries and cafes. it's a 15 minute walk into town which is perfect after we'd been eating too many croissants and canoli from Cafe Sicily up the road in the other direction. Beautiful views. Great communication with hostess Julie. Just make sure you take basic kitchen food like salt and pepper and oil, and cling wrap/alfoil if you like to cook. We didn't realise it wasn't provided but fortunately Woolies is a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

LOVED Bree’s place! So quaint and unique. Photos don’t do the place justice! Bree has beautiful taste in all areas of her place and the welcome drink and chocolate is such a thoughtful welcome gesture. I loved sitting in the quiet and listening to the waves crashing yet far enough away from the town centre to miss all the road noise. My bestie and I loved the shower gel so much we brought some whilst holidaying. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I’ve spend 3 nights in this unit with 6 of my girlfriends, we do this annually for the past 25 years. This unit is one of the very best places we ever stayed in. This Unit felt very homely, it has only 4 floors and was very quiet. It has 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The big balcony / rooftop had an eating area with bbq and wine fridge, whilst the other side of the Balcony had a lovely sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was not great for us to use the outside at all. The kings beach tavern, plus cafes are only 700 meters walk away, it had great meals and wonderful live music. We would love to stay in this unit again, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic place. Thank you

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

Highly recommend this apartment. Very kind and accommodating. Doesn’t require ridiculous check in procedures like your drivers licence or needing you to ask permission for any visitors you may have. They were amazing going out of their way to come check on me when I had slipped on the bathroom tiles. The slippery tiles have been fixed now with non slip solution so there is absolutely no risk for slipping now. They even gave us a dinner voucher as they felt so bad for my fall. They didn’t have to do that and it was very much appreciated. Not many hosts would care enough to do that. Beautiful genuine people who care about their guests and want to make you feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. Awesome kitchen. Great Italian restaurant downstairs but best to book a table as they get really busy. Great coffee at stoa. Thank you so much for having us stay

A great spot to stay if you want to be in the centre of things. Central to supermarkets and restaurants. We just wanted to stop and chill. It rained most of the time so stop we did. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Just the best. Sleep at the front if you want white noise or in the rear if you like more quiet. Really appreciated all the little things in the cupboards and cleaning items. Shower great. Fabulous fridge with never ending ice. Pool lovely on the one day we could visit it. Michelle’s communications were great and very responsive.

What a wonderful airbnb experience! My wife, 2yo daughter and myself stayed at Caroline and Audrey's place for 3 nights. I couldn't recommend it more highly! Especially for families with young children. Here are some of the highlights: - Responsive, proactive, thoughtful and super helpful host. The perfect Airbnb host! - The apartment was perfect. Clean, full amenities, great view, comfortable, homely. Lock up garage for the car, good security, lovely balcony overlooking the water to have nice meals. - The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, near great coffee (Aurenda), close to Bulcock street etc. We'll definitely be back! Thanks again :)

This is an absolute cracker of a find, the unit is 5 star and host Christine has catered for everything with a lovely welcome basket of goodies and all the basics provided for your stay. The linens are beautiful quality. The view from the patio is picture perfect and we enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the lake and out to the ocean and evening drinks watching the ships sail past. The complex has a great outdoor pool and lounge area which we enjoyed each afternoon. Christine also provides heaps of recommendations on where to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Our stay coincided with the cyclone hitting SE Queensland so we had to leave a day early to head home and secure our house and Christine immediately offered to refund us that day, which is amazing and extremely kind. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

Best place we've stayed in Sunshine Coast and we can't wait to return and stay again. This place is an absolute treasure and Tracey (who we met at check-in) was brilliant and gave us some extra local recommendations for restaurants and playgrounds which we greatly appreciated. Apartment is exactly as per the photos, but the incredible decor also creates such a beautifully calm space. Well appointed kitchen for cooking and great pool / jacuzzi area which also has a BBQ area. Simply brilliant.

This cozy little place was so impressive! The perfect spot in the heart of the Sunshine Coast with an easy walk to the beach and some beautiful restaurants. The spa and pool area were quiet and clean. And the welcome fruit platter and hot drink selection were a very special (and welcome) touch. The icing on the cake was watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Very highly recommend. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Rachael’s place was truly amazing! I loved every minute of my stay and it was even better than expected. The unit was gorgeous and I was offered an earlier check in. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Coolum or close by . Great location right across from the beach .

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️
