Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. I had a great stay at the cottage. It was very clean and in a nice location. It had everything we needed for our trip and also after a long day in the sun the ac was very nice to return to. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers so travel to the beaches was short for whichever one you choose. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend the cottage to anyone.
