I never regret that we stayed at june’s place during the pahiyas festival. It is walking distance to the town plaza plus we had a parking space. Super good location and value for money. It seems like we stayed on a condo even though it is only their roof top. We stayed before with my family that’s why we came back. Perfect stay in lucban area. June is so accommodating. Owner: nice and responsive. when we asked him to change ‘yung beddings kasi parang narumihan, mabilis din itong napalitan ng staff. Place: Expect a loud noise since tabi ng highway. Kung ano ang nasa photos posted, that’s also what you will see sa actual. Location: Super lapit sa Bus Station, Sm San Pablo, Jollibee, Grocery Store, 7/11, Chowking, Burger King, etc. WiFi: Good connection.

It was a good place to stay. It is clean and the owners are very responsive. It was my second time and definitely I will go back here again.

My husband and I decided to have a spontaneous trip to Laguna during the holy week. Ms. Lei is very responsive to my queries and gave me clear instructions how to check in. We were welcome by her mother and we were well assisted. Her mother is friendly too! The place is new and was told we were the first one to use the place (really felt fortunate for that). And we felt like we just moved in to our new home. We brought a car with us and as the listing described, parking is by the street. Tbh, that was one thing I was worried prior to booking but Ms. Lei made sure it is safe. And since it was also the holy week and a church was nearby, as expected there were a lot of cars by the neighborhood during our stay but gladly we were given a reserved parking (just inform them). And yes, our car is safe during the stay (it's worry free). Kitchen essentals were also provided and they even have water for drinking. Overall, we had a good rest and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you :)

The place was better than expected. It is well equipped to accomodate our needs. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The area was very peaceful and quiet, but still easily accessible and close to the main road. A small suggestion, if its possible to have netflix or a small karaoke. Overall, we definitely recommend the place and will probably stay here again should we come back to eLBi.

This is our second time staying here, and it never disappoints. The host is easy to communicate with, and the place is clean, looks exactly as advertised, and is very accessible to UPLB campus and restaurants. They even give free snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we return. :)

Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

the place was very cozy nice inside though the roads going the place is rough car parking is just outside the house but aside from it the place is nice interior and clean ..hope it has complimentary water , shampoo and soap for the guests

I recently stayed at Hills Studio and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that immediately made me feel at home. The location was perfect – close to BDO and restaurants. The hosts were exceptional Ms. Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

The place is cozy and we had the most amazing time during our cousins' getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The Host is responsive, very accommodating and is considerate when we communicate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. Plus, the water's temperature is superb! We will definitely be recommending it to others.
