Stéphane and Karine welcome you to an old independent press of 90 m2 located on their 7 hectare property, a place to disconnect in a preserved natural environment. Away without being isolated, you will be surrounded by meadows and woods, with 3 streams, a pond and lots of animals (donkey, horses, pony, ducks, etc.). Ideally located for discovering the Suisse Normande, renowned for its hikes, Clécy, Pont D'ouilly and Roche d'Oëtre are nearby and the sea is 1 hour's drive away.

In the heart of the Normandy countryside, in a peaceful green setting, you will be seduced by the charm of this atypical cottage in pure Shabby style, built entirely of wood, located 10 minutes from all shops, Villers Bocage charming small town, and access to the A84 highway. 30 minutes from Bayeux and the landing beaches, the Souleuvre Viaduct for bungee jumping and Suisse Normande with Clécy, canoeing and climbing. An hour from Mont-Saint-Michel and Deauville, must-sees.

Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.
