Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cali

Es una gran ubicación, muy tranquilo, amé que tenía un Farmatodo pasando la calle lo cuál fue muy conveniente. Siempre respondieron rápido, tuve un problema con el otro airbnb y me dejaron ir la noche anterior porque era un problema grave. El lugar me encanta porque tiene dos aires acondicionados, lo cuál lo hace acogedor para estar en las horas de mayor calor. Muy bien ubicado para moverse dentro de la ciudad. Les di feedback interno para mejorar un par de cosas en la cocina ya que cocinamos mucho y lo recibieron muy bien. Si vuelvo a Cali, allí me hospedaré.

Perfecto espacio, tal y como las imágenes con una atención increíble y detalle de las amenidades. Muy recomendado para buenos días en Cali!

El lugar es acorde a las imágenes, el ingreso fue fácil, para una estadía larga los implementos de la cocina son muy básicos. El anfitrión responde los mensajes rápido. En general una buena estadía

De aankomst ging vlot en na identificatie konden we snel het appartement in. Het appartement is zoals beschreven in de advertentie aan de achterzijde van het complex waar het iets rustiger is dan aan de voorzijde. Bij aankomst ontbraken een aantal items die wel aanwezig hadden moeten zijn maar werden alsnog binnen 24 uur aangeleverd. De communicatie met de eigenaar ging vlot en adequaat. Het zal je niet snel aan iets ontbreken. Als ik weer naar Cali ga, zal ik mijn best doen om dit appartement wederom te huren.

I stayed here for almost a month and overall, it was a good experience. Pros: •The place is clean, spacious, and very comfortable for three people. •The host is communicative and quick to address any issues. •The studio has all the utilities listed, including hot water and a washing machine. •The neighborhood is friendly and conveniently located next to a great bakery. •The space itself is beautiful and inviting—it gives you the kind of vibe that makes you want to own a place like this. Cons: •Parking: This was a significant issue. Parking in front of the building is restricted, and using the driveway is not allowed as it’s reserved for maintenance (although it seemed rarely used). There’s no convenient parking nearby, and even the lot on Google Maps wasn’t reliable. If you plan to go out at night, it’s best to leave your car. Finding a safe parking space is challenging always, also lonely dark walk at night that when I was with my son I felt uncomfortable doing. •Last Roaches.

Una muy buena experiencia. Un loft impecable, aseado, con todas las comodidades posibles, muy cercano y equidistante a diferentes puntos de interés. Kelly siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, necesidad y demás. Muy recomendable, seguramente volveré a hospedarme aquí.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Yerson fue excelente. Pasamos 8 días en Cali de vacaciones en familia y desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. Yerson fue un anfitrión excepcional, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. El hospedaje cumplió con todo lo prometido y más, destacando la atención al detalle, los servicios adicionales y la excelente conectividad, ideal para trabajar o mantenerse en contacto. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable para quien busque comodidad, buena ubicación y una hospitalidad de primera.

Great rental with very spacious and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (both with Smart TV’s) and two baths…with a washer/dryer combo unit that was super convenient. I work online and the internet was great. Love the location in Granada as your 1-2 blocks from main streets with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops but a perfect distance where the late night Cali noise is non-existent in the apartment. Mario and his team are as responsive and helpful as you could ever hope for and check-in/check-out were as smooth as could be. We’ll definitely book again on our regular returns to the amazing Cali, Colombia!

Me hospedé con mi esposo y mis padres y es un apartamento muy cómodo, amplio, decorado con buen gusto, todo el apto está muy bien dotado. Lo mejor es que contaba con parqueadero sin costo adicional! El apartamento está ubicado en un barrio vibrante, cerca a sitios turísticos, restaurantes y rumba, por lo que hay un poco de ruido en la madrugada de la gente que sale de los establecimientos. Aparte de eso, nos encantó el lugar, muy recomendado!

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Excelente apto, muy bonito, una zona sin ruidos y verdaderamente para descansar, muy completo el apto con todo lo necesario. Jose esta super pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites, cualquier duda que tenia la respondía de inmediato. Pienso volver pronto.

Luis Carlo's place was a great find. I had a few questions for him and he was fast to respond. The place is a very nice, clean and modern apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and city. By being on the 6th floor, you do not hear a lot of street noise and feel safe. Orlando who is the caretaker and checks you in was always available when and if you need something, like clean towels. Luis Carlos's was very accommodating when we had to stay longer and I submitted the extra days through the Airbnb website and he approved it which was a great relief as we would of had to find somewhere else to go. So that was very convenient. Over all, our stay was fabulous and recommend this beautiful Airbnb.

Excelente apartamento. Excelente ubicación. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y hasta más de lo que ofrecen otros apartamentos. Anfitriones siempre responden rápidamente y si hay dificultades o problemas, tratan de resolver lo más pronto posible. Una de las mejores cosas, es el early check-in. Nos ayudó mucho esto.
