This apartment is at the first and last floor of this new building. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, a large living room with a kitchen and an access to a beautiful terrace with a view on the sea and the mountains. At only 15 mn from Calvi, 10 mn from the first beach, and next to the departure of the famous GR20 and other footpath. The center of the village and the shops can be reached on foot.

The view is superb of the hilltop villages, the mountain and the sea. Secure and private swimming pool. Beach with sunbeds under the olive tree. Solar shower. Sea 10 minutes by car and hikes behind the villa. Panoramic terraces. Access to the village on foot (400 m) by a nice path. Here, nature has provided everything for pleasure and relaxation.
