Excellent place that I recommend to everyone. It's in the centre of the city and you can do everything on foot. The apartment was very clean and there was everything we needed. I had brought my Italian coffee maker and I couldn't use it on an induction plate. I needed a plate that transfers induction to regular. When I asked Diane if she had this plaque, she immediately checked in a store near the apartment and called the owner to let him know that I would pick up this plaque. Everything went well. Diane was very proactive and it was above my expectations. Thank you Diane for the nice welcome and the nice apartment. We were very comfortable!

We felt comfortable in the accommodation and can recommend Yann as a host without reservation. Communication with him was very good and he was available at short notice. The view from the terrace of the apartment is breathtaking!

Everything is very good both location and well-maintained apartment, clean with everything you need and in line with the description except for the access to the sea that does not happen live from the garden but is still on the beach. We will definitely be back even if the price compared to the area and the services offered by the area is a little overestimated. Anyway, we had a great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful view! Marine was very responsive to our requests. We liked the location because it was slightly away from the city centre. The beaches and restaurants in this place are fantastic. We recommend it.

Claire’s place is a great beachside studio right across the road is the stunning beach. Its location is walking distance to shops, restaurants, bakery and cafes. Claire is a great host who communicates quickly and clearly and check in was easy. I misunderstood the check in but Claire was extremely accommodating and allowed us to park our car at her place and we came back after a swim at the beach and everything was ready. Thanks for a great stay Claire.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall a really nice holiday in a great place. We would come back anytime!

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. I highly recommend. I had a great stay at this property. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very well located, close to shops. The bed was comfortable and everything went very well from start to finish. The pool is really great as well as the view! The host was welcoming and available for any questions. The location is beautiful with a view of the sea You need to use the car to go to the beach, everything is nearby You can go there without so much as a second thought I'll be back, that's for sure. Beautifully furnished 2-room apartment with great sea views (located on the top 3rd floor), 2 balconies with loungers, dining table, etc., as well as a shared swimming pool with loungers (free loungers available). For us, the beautiful Moorea Beach, separated only by a road and embankment, is the highlight. Smaller but finer beach with beach bar and also from here, as well as the apartment, you can see the famous Sanguinaires Island👍! Simply wonderful. A car is certainly an advantage for this accommodation and a parking space included in the price is right in front of the accommodation. There is a bus stop directly on the Route des Sanguinaires, if you want to go to Ajaccio in the centre (travel time about 20 min./runs every 1/2h).

as Stéphanie allowed check-in well in advance as well as checkout at the time we wanted, we did not have the pleasure of meeting her. but everything was well indicated with film for check-in. welcome booklet filled with tips for outings and restaurants. And clear, impeccable and tranquil accommodation with superb views... Recommended.

We had a great family stay in this villa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain! Access to the sea on foot is appreciable. A large swimming pool and everything you need to sunbathe. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Tasteful decoration of the whole house and everything you need to cook. A nice basket of goodies welcomed us😊. Thanks to our host. We recommend this villa without a second thought. The situation is also an asset.

Very nice house for a stay with family. Very pleasant to live in and very well located for any activity. Very nice pool for the end of the day despite the proximity of sumptuous beaches. Sylvie's house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The view over the bay, the garden, the sound of the sea, all as described. We had a great time at Sylvie's place, found chilled sparkling wine for the first night. Thanks for that! Sylvie provided us with valuable information about the area and restaurant visits. Everything complied with their descriptions. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, everything very clean, and Sylvie was always quick to reach. We can definitely recommend Sylvie's house.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It includes everything we needed: full kitchen, bedroom, large living room with comfortable couch and TV, toilet and bathroom with shower. The view from the balcony is amazing and it is large enough to sit at the table. The building complex is a little noisy, so we heard the upstairs neighbors in the morning. The location of the apartment was perfect at walking distance from the center (10 minutes, a steep climb up stairs but that's just Corsica ;) ). Eric and his wife were very friendly and took their time to give us tips about what to see and do and they were flexible and on time for the arrival time and departure. Parking was easy but a small car is preferred; spaces are tight. We enjoyed our stay and I heartily recommend this apartment and host!

A breathtaking sea view.. A real little paradise hidden in the scrubland but very accessible. Close enough to Ajaccio to get there easily but far enough away to be preserved. Adorable hosts, very available to go out of their way for us. We are delighted with our stay

Very friendly and in-person welcome by Paul with whom we had great pleasure in chatting! It's a change from practical but impersonal key boxes. Spacious apartment with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the sea at our feet. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent comfort, top equipment, great brightness, not a sound in the building and a very nice private parking space in Ajaccio. All shops nearby and access to the old town and the Tino Rossi port in 25 minutes on foot by a very nice walk along the sea and the beaches. The day we return to Ajaccio, we will stay at Paul's without a second thought (or rather, with our eyes wide open, as the view is so beautiful!)

we had a nice week. the children enjoyed themselves in this beautiful green space with a sea view! (and so did we!) contact with animals, outdoor games, as well as books and games, allowed them to spend small moments of quiet time from time to time. Jacques and Sophie were very welcoming and responsive. it's a place we could happily come back to!

Big thanks for an exceptional stay! The accommodation was impeccably clean, and even beyond our expectations. Everything was designed for comfort: basic products available (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, laundry, toilet paper, etc.), fresh linen, complete dishes... a real little cocoon ready to live in from the moment of arrival, which has become rare today. The sea view was superb, in a quiet and perfectly maintained residence. Special mention for the welcome and the quality of the accommodation: top at all levels. I recommend it with my eyes closed — and I will be happy to come back!
