Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Calauan

It is a pleasant stay (from our experience), however, I notice few things that made my stay somewhat not cozy. Despite of that, the security is recommendable, we feel safe that's why we're still satisfied.

Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the hosts were awesome. Our family will definitely come back. Thank you May!

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

We had a great stay at Pina Colina Residences! The place was clean and very well-maintained. What stood out most was the staff—they were all well-mannered, courteous, and very responsible, making sure every need was attended to. The overall ambiance was relaxing, perfect for a quick getaway. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again when the opportunity comes. Highly recommended!

The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

We had a great stay. I requested for firewood for the bonfire and the host gladly provided it for us. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay and we were not able to use it. The place is exactly how it looks on the pictures. Everything is working and the furnitures are great and comfortable. Hope we can come back another time after the rainy season. We definitely recommend this place.

Place was spacious. Parking can fit up to 4 vehicles. Secure and gated. Rooms either had 2 queen beds, a king bed, or 6 bunk beds with pullout. We were only 12 people but this place should fit up to 20 comfortably (ad says 30 pax even). Shame we weren't able to tryout the heated pool because it was raining when we were there. Appreciated the big gazebo with all of the dining tables and chairs. Had a flat screen too which helped show the PowerPoint and Excel files we were discussing. Also had a videoke machine for after dinner entertainment -- however the sound system/speakers were terrible. That was the only downside. Everything else was up to par. Good for large groups or multiple families (clan) gathering. Location was solid too -- quite near Tagaytay action.

We stayed at Takeda Hot Spring Villa for a family bonding trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The villa is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a responsive host and attentive, caring staff. Racquel and Peter were especially wonderful—quick to assist and genuinely thoughtful in taking care of our family. Each room has its own bathroom and multiple beds, making it perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy throughout the villa. The main pool was a highlight — very warm and soothing. I especially loved the peaceful early morning swims before breakfast. The kids had a blast in the kiddie pool, where they could swim and play safely thanks to the shallow depth. The karaoke setup and game room added extra fun for everyone. Highly recommend Takeda Hot Spring Villa for families looking to reconnect and unwind together.

We had a wonderful “biglaan” outing. Thank you for accommodating us. It was raining when we got there. Thank you for the kuyas and ates for the umbrellas and help in carrying our bags. The villa is very IG-worthy. Vibrant and inviting. You will really feel you’re on vacation mode once there. Space is just right for our family of eight. Actually there’s more than enough beds and can still accommodate more I think with additional fee. All in all, we had a great stay. Short and sweet. Thanks!

Eunesse is easy to talk to, she responded quickly we enjoyed our stay, they enjoyed the jacuzzi, the water is too hot but we requested to lower it down. care taker was so helpful and nice, pet is allowed with fees of 500 pesos make sure to read the house rules. there are too many flies but they have covers also there's a smell coming from the water I am not sure if it's the normal smell of the water in Laguna but in total we enjoyed our stay.

I love how the host and the person who assisted us for check in- she also help us with our stuffs. Ac is kinda not that cold but overall it’s nice to stay and very responsive, other services is also nice like massage and bath I’ll definitely try the signature bath soon. The place was really cool and peaceful. It was really nice to chill around with my family. It really felt like our home. The facilities are working as expected and the rooms are really clean. They have an amazing sound system at home and the water is warm which we really prefer. Though it was really hot this May but it still felt good dipping in the warm water in Pansol. The kitchen appliances/utensils are also complete so we were able to use them. This place is really great for big groups. The caretakers were really nice and responsive. They also cooked cochinillo for us and it tasted great! Thanks for granting that request though we only said it in the morning. Will surely recommend this place and hope to come back and spend another amazing day in this homey place. 😊💙

Had an amazing stay at CT! Pool was clean and amenities mentioned were all available to use. Rooms have their own private bathrooms which were a +++! with strong water pressure! Aircons are fully functioning, place was really clean too, caretakers are very accommodating! Would only suggest to replace the living area fan with an industrial fan (2 units) as it was too weak to use for everyone. Overall, we loved our stay!

The place is very cozy, easy to find using google mal or Waze. Their caretakers are very friendly and accomodating especially Sir Ivan and Ms. Beth. We had our family reunion here and it all went well. We all enjoyed our stay especially the cold weather. The view every morning is my fave part in our stay here. We’ll definitely go back 🙂

Really had a good stay in Innsbruck. It's accessible, just a 5-minute walk from the mall. Despite it being in the middle of buildings, you will not feel that way when inside. It's perfect for those who wants to unwind while being surrounded by trees and nature but wants the accessibility of restaurants and stores. Most importantly, the hosts are communicative and responsive. We had a very enjoyable stay. Just 1 constructive feedback, we just found it odd that the microwave is upstairs. Would've been nice to have it around the kitchen area but it's more a nit that a hindrance to the stay. Will definitely go back :)

Perfect place to relax, the kids enjoyed their own little pool. I love the cool, relaxing weather at night. The campsite was also very near Tagaytay Market. Love the fresh lettuce we brought home upon our check out. I love the sweet pineapple too. Thor and his son are very helpful in attending to our needs.

We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.

What a great place! My team and I enjoyed the place so much. The caretaker was also so nice and friendly. We all wanna go back here! I think the only issue we encountered was that there were no screens in most windows and there were so many insects when it rains so we had no choice but to close the windows—would’ve been great to let the Tagaytay breeze in. But overall I think that was minor compared to the great time we had at the house. Highly recommend this place!
