La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

A 20 dal mare, antica villa immersa in uno splendido parco, intero appartamento. Luminosissimo, arredato con cura e ogni comfort, stanze molto grandi e luminose, soffitti altissimi. Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. Il Nido della Fortuna

La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
