The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of Villasimius. It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture. The entire house enjoys great brightness and privacy.

Our house is a recently built, 70 sqm, elegant apartment, bright and with attention to the smallest details, located on the first floor in a very quiet, prestigious condominium in a non-trafficked and non-noisy area with ample free parking.
