Monthly Rentals in Cala Pregonda

We really appreciated the availability and quality of the information provided by Anna, especially on access, restaurants and must-see places in Menorca in June. The interior was tastefully decorated and it was as described and well equipped. The only downside is the view, which is not sea and on an abandoned tennis court (pity) and the noise because the corridors resonated a lot. Despite this, the location is ideal because it is very close to the Ciutadela (10 min by car is essential), the Cami Cavalls, the trail that runs around the island and which is just incredible! We will have very good memories of this cove with our sunset aperitifs on the beach :-)

Very nice apartment in a small holiday resort with wonderful sea views. The apartment is very clean and superbly equipped, for example, the parasol was worth its weight in gold. Bernat and Yessy were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful place in special location. The home is sparkling clean and the hosts were incredibly responsive, providing many local recommendations and guidance throughout my stay. The outdoor space and access to the beautiful swimming beach especially made it feel like a local experience. Highly recommend to make your stay in Menorca extra special.

We had a fantastic week staying at Johannes’s house. It is the most beautiful setting with a stunning view. I was blown away. The accommodation itself had recently been renovated and it was a lovely surprise as we had booked prior to the listings photos being updated. It is modern and tastefully furnished, clean, light and spacious. I felt so lucky to stay there! Johanne’s is a great host, responsive to messages, friendly, helpful and attentive. I would 100% recommend and would love to go back.
