Monthly Rentals in Cala Pregonda

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

This house is really good, even better than the photos. The garden is lovely with far-reaching views and Alaoir is an easy walk away. The pool is perfect for cooling off, and the 'sunset viewing' table was perfect. The bedroom is spacious and easy to cool, the shower is powerful and there is plenty of kitchen equipment. Siscu was really responsive and we will definitely try to come again next year! Thank you for a peaceful holiday!

Thank you Luisa for your little touches on arrival (fresh water and fruit basket). Your flexibility has made our stay easier. Well located apartment for hiking on the north part of the island. ( car required to get to some departures). Functional apartment, impeccable bedding, out of season it's the best. ( October 2024)
