Superfície de 120 m2,toda en planta baja,en parcela de 630 m2. Entrada, 2 habitaciones, baño, cocina y gran salón comedor con grandes ventanales con acceso a la terraza posterior, con piscina (vallada) rodeada de césped artificial. Patio adoquinado en parte delantera. Aire acondicionado,osmosis,wifi,camas 2 metros.

Apart. Can Pons, con piscina, a 50 m de la playa

El apartamento Can Pons está situado en plena naturaleza junto otros 2 apartamentos dispone de una plaza de parking, barbacoa y piscina compartida con los otros 2 aptos. Su situación es inmejorable ya que estamos a dos minutos de la playa y muy cerca del "camí de cavalls" que le llevará a Cala Mitjana o Cala Macarella, también puede encontrar cerca restaurantes, supermercados, parada de bus. Llevamos muchos años alquilando con buenas críticas pero al ser un anuncio nuevo han quedado eliminados.
