Monthly Rentals in Cala Alcaufar

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. Stunning cliff-side location in Cala en Porter. Has recently been refurbished to a high standard with 3 double rooms with 3 bathrooms. One bathroom feels like it’s been built into the cliff. Amazing sunsets, we didn’t want to leave. If you’re nimble you can walk down the cliff and access the sea using a small ladder. Kayak trips to visits local caves are quite fun. Johannes couldn’t be more helpful.

Perfect accommodation for our needs, very nice, well equipped, with a nice terrace for eating out or relaxing. The apartment is literally next to Punta Prima beach, in an area well served by restaurants and supermarkets. I would definitely go back if I were in Menorca!

If you love peace, quiet and nature, this is a wonderful location! Of all the Balearic Islands, Menorca has become our favorite … Sant Luis is a nice town with a quiet ambiance! No bling-bling and no conspicuous public! Ideal for us ... The house is in an idyllic location surrounded by a typical Zen garden and a large beautiful terrace. The kitchen is small but nice and equipped with all cooking utensils. The living space is beautifully decorated, but you still live outside! In itself, the house is quite fresh if you keep the shutters closed. The air conditioning is also useful, of course! The outdoor shower is wonderful and means we hardly needed the bathroom ... In short: wonderful stay!
