This is a great place to stay if visiting Cairo! The apartment was clean, and furniture nice and new. There are so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There are so many trees in the area. It’s quiet and the air is clean. I think I will always stay in Maadi when I come to Cairo and if this apartment is available I will stay here whenever I come. The host is so nice and responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Everything Osama described matches my experience perfectly. Staying here provided me with the disconnect I really needed. The apartment is cozy yet spacious enough to feel comfortable. It’s interesting how many other reviews mentioned feeling at home here, and I can confirm that this was my experience as well. Osama is very kind and responsive, and I believe that the interactions between hosts and guests are crucial in rental experiences. My interactions with him were positive, and he was attentive to my needs. The security guards were also friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The compound is charming and lovely to stroll through at night, and I appreciated that everyone respected each other's space. I felt free to be myself while staying at Osama's place. The apartment is as described located in a quiet downtown area. It’s clean and cosy. Apartment is completely self contained and Mohammed is a great host.

Eman’s house was really peaceful and felt like i was home. Location is great in new cairo and 5 min walk to malls, point 90 mall was 10 min walk House was clean Eman was very responsive I would definitely come back to Eman’s house The house was warm as well during winter A nice home away from home

Great clean apartment, great location close to rehab market and the main road so easy to get around Cairo. Only caveat is that being close to the main road is that you can hear cars at night so not for light sleepers.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, convenient stay in Cairo. Definitely, will come back again!

Amal and Aly were amazing hosts, and their villa is a true gem—stylish, spacious, and spotless. Aly treated us like family from the moment we arrived, going out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The location was peaceful yet close to everything, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—thank you Amal and Aly for the incredible hospitality! This is our second time staying here. As before, we were very comfortable and very happy. The location is great, as it is a 2 minute walk to a new mall which has many great restaurants, and a place called Monkey Maze which is like a jungle gym for chilldren. We would recommend this place for those looking a simple, tidy and relaxing place in a great location.

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
