The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, clean and spacious. The host's welcome was exceptional, warm and very attentive from our arrival. And the pool was even better, large and well maintained. It immediately feels like home. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!

The villa was a spacious, incredible mansion, plenty of space, sofas to chill out and enjoy your holidays with your friends / family. A lovely villa with great furniture, amenities such as the table tennis table, lovely spacious pool. We all had a great time! Villa was all clean no issues there, spacious rooms, beds were all comfy, the extra mattresses given were also really nice and comfy. Amal was an incredible host, regularly communicating with us, any issues the response was quick, extremely nice and compassionate, definitely recommend staying here, as you will enjoy this lovely mansion but also get great service from the host.

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome — super responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The little touches throughout the space really showed how much care was put into making guests feel at home. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Good spacious place with a lot of amenities. The full first floor of several stories building is entirely yours. Power outlets are equipped with adapters to other countries. Our flight got delayed and our host Salwa waited for our arrival well beyond midnight offering help to explain taxi driver how to find their place. Locations is in old district of Cairo with good reputation. Nearby, across the road, there are several restaurants. What could be better: - Location address in AirBnB is not recognized by Google Maps. Simple fix will save a lot of hassle to future guests. - The lower bedroom next to the pool is dusty. Sleeping there is not an option. - There are board games outdoor which is great, however, they are not clean and sticky. - Place had literally no towels. Upon request host sent us 4, even though there were 6 of us. - $20 surcharge for electricity per day is unconditional. There is mention of that in description, though, ambiguous. Worth stating it clear.

I want to sincerely thank Shady for being such a wonderful host. His property is truly special and absolutely amazing – everything was perfect from start to finish. All the appliances worked flawlessly, including the air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, electric cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerators. The compound itself is very secure, giving a strong sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my stay. The restaurants at Hydeout are also worth mentioning – they’re exceptional, with a unique atmosphere and delicious food. Overall, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thanks again, Shady, for everything!

Great clean apartment, great location close to rehab market and the main road so easy to get around Cairo. Only caveat is that being close to the main road is that you can hear cars at night so not for light sleepers.

Honestly, an excellent and beautiful place, and the apartment is very clean, and the owner of the apartment is a respectable and tasteful man, and I will deal with him again, God willing

MO’s place provided a perfect location for getting about Maadi and enjoying the area. It is close to road 9 and very easy to find great coffee, food, shops or metro / taxis to other Cairo locations. The pool provides a fantastic rest spot out of the heat of the day - I would highly recommend this place to travelers who like to explore.

The place is fantastic, offering a great location, stunning surroundings, and a wide range of amenities.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Oriana Villa. It’s a private compound, safe for kids, located close to airport. Most importantly Mr. Ibrahim and Ms. Asmaa were very helpful throughout the stay, they responded to our concerns promptly. The villa is spacious, with private fenced garden, excellent wifi connections, appliances- heated water, dishwasher, washer, stove all working. Door entrance with digital lock so you don’t have to worry about physical key. I would definitely go and stay again.

An amazing host who always went out of his way to help me and my family. I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone who visits and I hope to come back soon!

The check-in experience is very good, which makes me feel very comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like home, which is why I decided to stay here again. The place is very cozy, comfortable, clean, well maintained and exactly as described. The private grounds are safe and quiet. The host is very nice, responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The place is close to many malls Only a few minutes away to the old market which is a wonderful group of restaurants and cafes The villa is very clean and tidy. The appliances are new and the furniture is in very good condition. The host Sameh was so helpful and decent Only one thing though, the garden is not totally finished like only 75 percent finished other than that all is good, thank you sameh
