Cailhau is a small medieval village (220 Inhabitants). It is located on a rock (hence the name caillou and haut). From here you can take beautiful walks (or cycling) with always another surprising view. Nearby are many wine cellars where you can sample delicious wines. Cailhau is also located in the Catharen region, rich in history, with many castles and abbeys to visit. In the village you have a cosy bistro where you can eat and drink. Towns nearby : Mirepoix, Montreal, Limoux, Carcassonne)

It is 5000m² of wooded land and 5 homes. You will find ping pong, petanque, badminton, garden ideal for children, animation evening possible with nonprofit meal on our terrace. the village of Cambieure at the gates of Limoux and very close to Carcassonne ideal departure for visiting the Aude and Ariège. The caves lakes vineyards the canal du midi. Cleaning must be done before departure or take the option at €35. Simple accommodation with low prices and not suitable for pretentious people.

Peacefull little house with big view

Very good place, 20min away from Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Mirepoix and Limoux. We are also just one hour away from the mountains and the sea, in the middle of the Cathar country. You'll enjoy the big view on the Pyrénées and the Montagne Noire. In a very quiet place, you'll like to listen to many birds :-) If you like walking, you'll get differents paths just around the house, and if you better bike, you'll enjoy the Green Lane 3 kms away. A gem in Malepère, quiet, spacious with WiFi.

Superb air-conditioned cottage, spacious, bright, decorated in a reclaimed spirit with private garden, not enclosed, in the middle of the Malepère countryside (1 km from the village), we live next door. We have animals, active frogs so noisy and some beehives. The apartment is composed of a huge living room and two bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped, the toilet and shower room are separate, there is a pleasant garden where life is good. You'll feel right at home.

A private swimming pool secured by a curtain and a fence is at your disposal from May to September.
