The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Fishing pond, Woods, TRAILS, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. 2400sq ft Event Center with tables (steps away from kitchen), ping pong foosball. Also fire pit, (firepit) , volleyball. and cornhole, soccer. Inside -- 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms & piano, bumper pool. No steps bedroom-Handicap friendly.

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly built cottage has it all. Two bedrooms (plus loft), 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom located beside it. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and also has a full bathroom next to it. The large loft has a sleeper sofa that will sleep two as well as a dedicated workspace area. The basement level has a rec room with a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry. Come and enjoy nature.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place about a 2 minute drive to the Marina Plenty of parking for several trucks and trailers! Whether your a hunter, fisherman or just a family looking to spend quality time together, the bonefish cabin is for you. The home boasts a 4 person hot tub, outdoor patio with a firepit, free wifi, two TV's, large yard , full kitchen & only a mile from the Marina. There are several kayaks available to use for free.

Dish tv. hot tub Gas grill and a firepit. Located on our own 12 wooded acres. Guests are more than welcome to enjoy a hike in our woods to enjoy the nature. We are not a 5 star resort nor do we try to be. We are a camping cabin. You may encounter wildlife deer, raccoon, bugs, etc on your trip..
