Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

You can come by car (free parking) or train. To get around, you'll use the excellent public transport network. You can make bus and train tickets with the DROPTICKET app or at the bar downstairs, while drinking a great cappuccino. Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV. There is a portable fan in the house. Apartment surrounded by greenery, located on the 2nd floor of an old building on the hill of Tranquillo, about 5 km from La Spezia It includes a bedroom with bed, bathroom with shower and a kitchen overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Poets. The area is a good base for excursions from Campiglia to Portovenere and 5 Terre for hiking lovers Location NOT RECOMMENDED for guests without a car and who love the comforts of the city.

The House of Alloria

A small house dating back to 1600, hidden in a suggestive corner (reachable only by stairs) of a small and characteristic village of the high Fezzano. In the green hills between Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia from above, the house has been completely renovated, but still retains the original wooden ceilings and the ancient nineteenth-century grit floors. The bus stops to La Spezia and Portovenere are a short walk from home. Underneath the apartment there is a mini market a few meters away, restaurant, pub and pizzeria.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls.
