Cottage holiday rentals in Cadillac

Host Robert, was very responsive with any issues we had. We were in town for my sisters’ funeral, and it was extremely difficult for me. Unbeknownst to me my 3 brothers and nieces and nephews thought that they would bring food over to us because I was in a not in a good state of mind. They felt I needed people around me and needed to eat. The host Rob, was concerned with the amount of people that were there and clearly stated in the rules of limit of people and reached out to me and very kindly reminded us of the rules. I instructed my family to please go back to their Airbnb’s. I am very apolojetic for putting our host in that position. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Very beautiful. Cute house with a nice backyard area! Host is very proactive with communication and consistently encourages you to reach out if you need anything. Very easy to check-in and locate items throughout the house.

Anna was a great host! Very responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything. Her cottage is super clean, cozy, and the tranquility of the location can’t be beat. We shall return!

Cannot recommend this host and this property enough. Nathan was communicative while we were still looking at the property, and responded quickly through the rest of the process until check out. He provided great recommendations for local places to try out and we had a peaceful stay. The property was roomier than expected for the master and cozy for the spare rooms, and we especially loved the living room and outdoor furniture. So happy to have found this gem of a place and excited to come back in the future!

My family & I loved it . Everyone was content just staying at the cottage . Lol but we did check out A couple of the recommendations & they were very nice !! Great stay will definitely book again !!

Kathleen was a very responsive and communicated well. Her place was exactly as described in the description. It was a very nice cabin, perfect for a couple families to enjoy themselves without being right on top of each other. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day on the ski hill! Would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for such a nice cabin and great experience!

We had a great holiday weekend at the cabin for the Bayshore Marathon. It is very clean and has everything we needed and more. It had a seccluded woodsy feel in spite of being very near the main parts of town and walkable. Close to the beach, the start trail but private with a wooded back yard and creek running through the property. 3 mile is noisy and busy as is 31 but it didn’t bother us. We brought ear plugs just in case.

Cozy little cabin. Perfect for my family of 3 - (4 if you count the dog)! We truly loved our stay here! Our daughter loved the beach with all the amenities. We took a sunset kayak almost every night. Also probably one of the coolest things was listening to the loons and their call echo through the trees. Hoping we will make it back here one day to this special place on High Lake! 💙

A hidden gem of a cabin within a really short walk to the beach! We loved staying so close to the water, even if the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for sunbathing, it was still so nice just to walk out there. We also loved how close it was to downtown Pentwater, just a four minute drive. The perfect combination of private, peaceful woods with the convenience of a short drive to dinner/ice cream. :) The place itself is well-maintained as well, and although it is a hike of a staircase from the car, it’s worth it. We liked how there were gates on the deck so we could hang out with our dog without worry. The tap water was sulfur-y and iron-y, but that’s to be expected with a cabin in the woods, and Rob provided bottled water which was perfect to kick off our trip. Thank you for a great getaway!!

I wish I would have booked my stay for longer, and I had this place booked for two months. The privacy and views here and around, are unmatched and for the rates it is a no-brainer. There are trails within minutes and plenty of places to set off in a kayak or canoe. Lakes galore. Plenty of fun summer activities. The hosts were very kind and polite, and spoke to me like I was a person rather than a tenant for any amount of time. Best AirBnB experience I have ever had. Thank you guys. Hopefully I can make it back again sometime

Our family enjoyed ourselves very much. There wasn’t alot around for shopping or restaurant dining. However, we were there to spend time together so the few restaurants and stores close by was perfect for us. The neighborhood and people were extremely friendly and kind. We LOVED the view. The lake was great for both sports and fishing.

Great spot, exactly what we needed! It’s small and cozy, in a quiet area 10-15 minutes drive from anything you need. Smooth check in, clean spot, had whatever amenities you could think of. One thing: If you are taller than me (6’4) you may have some trouble with the bathroom. I made it work but were I an inch taller I wouldn’t have been able to fit for certain activities 😂

Great place to stay for our group of 4 while playing some of the nearby golf courses. Exactly as advertised, and the path down to the river through the woods felt like true "Up North."

We lo ved our stay at the cottage. Spider Lake is lovely and very relaxing. Nikki was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely want to book it again .

Great place for a night in Frankfort. Easy to walk downtown for groceries, restaurants, etc. It's such a cute little cottage tucked away in a nice neighborhood. We had a great dinner at Stormcloud Brewing and a tasty breakfast at L'Chayim Deli. I would definitely try to stay here again if I was passing through Frankfort for a night or more.

Wow... Such a beautiful spot to wind down. Came for my husband's birthday weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better spot! Sarah was super sweet and helpful. House had ALL the amenities we needed too. We COOK on trips due to food sensitivities and the kitchen was very well equipped! House was spotless and very charming. Located on a beautiful large lake. We would certainly come back in a heartbeat!

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Kirk & Angella’s place. It is a wonderful place. It’s very peaceful and quiet along with many things to do and see. Will definitely continue to come back. Their place doesn’t disappoint, they think of everything you could possibly need or may have forgotten. They are quick to respond if you have any questions.

Ben was able to accommodate my last minute stay and I’m so appreciative! I was hoping to get away from the city and enjoy watching the lake with my partner and pup. We were obsessed with the sunroom, multiple board games/puzzle available, watching movies and just catching back up. The lake is still a bit chilly which worked for me because nobody else was out and about! It was such a peaceful, calming trip and I would definitely come back.

This place was beautiful. She had everything we needed and then some.we really enjoyed the kayaks and beach. The kids loved swimming right off the beach. Quiet lake. Would definitely come again. My only complaint would be that it didnt seem like the a/c was working upstairs while we were there so it got a little toasty. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.

Fantastic little cottage! Everything was extremely clean and organized. The host definitely put a lot of thought into making the best accommodations possible. We would most certainly stay there again! Thank you for making our fishing trip even better with your welcoming little cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lily Pad Cottage. The surroundings were peacefull and serene. We enjoyed the beauty of nature everyday. We saw Orioles & hummingbirds, bunnies, a mama deer with her fawn, a snake, frogs, a loon on the lake. We fished, we kayaked. We enjoyed the beauty of Bass Lake. The cottage was very cozy. We especially enjoyed the sun porch and its beautiful views. Patti has a great response time. We had one small issue and it was fixed within an hour.
