Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

Ramila is very attentive and helpful. Apartment has a great location. It is close to everything, markets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks, lottery, bars, restaurant, waterfront, trail. If you have any surprises with the house, it will certainly be a good surprise, because everything is of excellent quality. Wonderful showers, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, Chromecast on the TV, to enjoy a movie in case of a rainy day, as was one of my days of stay. I certainly recommend it and will return. The house is cute! Very functional, clean organized and complete. The space is great and so is the location! Village near the beach and in a quiet place for those who really want to rest! Kelciane is very receptive, friendly and made us very comfortable. In fact, she takes care of the house really fine and leaves nothing to be desired.

Alexandre, the famous Bigode and husband of Marineis, her daughter's family (daughter, son (future star Alan, and husband, the famous Soropoa lol). We were greeted with great affection. My family is big and Nivalda managed to accommodate us very well. The bedding was clean and smelly. My children loved the place because it is a farmhouse, there are chickens, oxen behind the house. Very nice! I sincerely thank you for taking care with us.

The place is beautiful, the impeccable structure: several bathrooms, several bedrooms and leisure options for all ages - soccer camp, pool, swing, fishing, contact with nature and , for those who like, a television. We rented this house to spend Christmas and we simply loved it, we had some problems such as the lack of water (which was warned when we entered the house) Eliana was super attentive coming to the house on Christmas day to try to solve it but the night no longer had water again, as we were a big group was a bit complicated, but the next day there was already water again and we used it in the same way, it was amazing, the place is more beautiful even in person and Eliana was always helping us as she needed, a well equipped and clean house, pool and wonderful BBQ area. We are sure to rent it again in another opportunity. Levem a lot of repellent and be careful, there's a lot of mosquitoes!! But vale super apena, everything perfect.

New property, with easy access in a very quiet location. The pool is large enough for the number of guests. Castelhanos Beach is extremely pleasant and family-friendly. I suggest installing air equipment in all rooms (only one of the three had it), but nothing that the installed fan could not supply. The contact with the person in charge was always very cordial and polite, leaving nothing to be desired. I recommend it and will be back!

Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!

House with a cool view of Valentine's Beach, facing the beach, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. I didn't like the double bed, too uncomfortable, I literally slept in a hole. The mattress was deep at the extremities, forming a hole, where it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

I first want to thank the host Renato who promptly accepted my request, for the kindness of his father Renata also kkk, the photos do not match the real BEAUTY of the house is much more beautiful in person, we love the house, the rooms very well equipped, King layer with closet in the room, perfect air conditioning, in both rooms, very cozy sofa, well-equipped kitchen, with cleaning products, personal hygiene products, we did not miss anything, gourmet area is a charm, plenty of space for you if you have a pet, it's wonderful my love, we ate a lot of mangoes, the whole house is beautiful and very clean and organized, congratulations on the beautiful house, and on the last day it rained a lot, I contacted the host and he promptly gave me one more night so as not to feel suffocated in the house, but we don't need to stay longer, we stayed the time necessary, thank you very much for taking care of my family with such affection. We will undoubtedly return, a city with many attractions, shopping, pharmacy, market nearby.

It was an amazing weekend with my son, away from the screens and hustle and bustle of our routine. I wanted to take him to a quiet place where he could enjoy nature and tranquility to walk, run and play barefoot, as well as having the possibility of hiking in some nearby place. That's exactly what I found. A very well-kept house, with plants and visiting birds and at times even little monkeys. Everaldo and his wife's attention is amazing. They were always concerned if we were well settled or if we needed anything. They gave us great tips on places to visit in the area and restaurants for our meals. I felt an immeasurable sense of well-being with my family, so as soon as I can, I'll be back to enjoy the place and the hosts' attention a little more.

My stay at Matheus' apartment was excellent! Behind the building there is a forest, and the view of this forest through the windows of Matheus' apartment is beautiful. It receives sunlight from the rising sun. It has an elevator. By car, it's close to everything. It is a three-minute drive to Saporella Bakery. Internet and air-conditioning are excellent. Very quiet and well-decorated environment. It has a water purifier and glasses. The large refrigerator, electric stove and smart TV super met our needs. Cachoeira Alta is 38 minutes from Matheus' apartment, and it's beautiful. The table is big enough for studies and meals. There are lots of outlets, all new. Matheus' apartment will always be my first choice in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim.

the apartment is great, corresponds with the photos, our stay was very nice, the location is very good, after all, in front of it has a very nice leisure area, it is just cross that is on the beach, Pedro was very kind and attentive, leaving us a mime on arrival, I certainly recommend, and at another opportunity we will return.

We loved the place! The atmosphere is very cozy, quiet, we went as four people and everyone praised it a lot. My wife and I had read some comments about the place and we reinforced the comment we saw about 'bringing repellent' lol! The house is simple and cozy, we really enjoyed the time we stayed there!
