Full size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Room. Two Bedrooms with queen size bed, Smart TV and Air Conditioner. Two full bath, one next to each bedroom. Dining, Kitchen and Living area has also an air conditioner. Seating space in the front deck and in the patio area. Free Private Parking off the street.

We offer two identical, private casitas, each featuring an open layout with a bed and a pull-out floor sofa. These spaces are ideal for a couple or a family with up to two small children. Please note that the casitas do not have kitchens. However, my parents who live in the main part of the property, can provide coffee in the morning or upon request. Asking to store or heat food is okay but if you require full access to a kitchen, this property is not right for you.
