Located in Cabasse, this 140 m2 detached house can accommodate 10 people (option +4 on request) On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living room overlooking a large terrace with unobstructed views of the village, a laundry room with washing machine and a toilet. On the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Outside, our villa has: A summer kitchen with a gas BBQ, a 4 m x 9 m swimming pool with terrace, jacuzzi, hammocks, petanque court, a large space in restanque without overlooking.

Verbringe entspannte Stunden auf der Terrasse in Alleinlage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht ohne vis-à-vis. Das typisch provenzalische Dorf Cabasse ist Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge, z.B. Fahrradtouren, klettern, Golfen. Das Ferienhaus verfügt nicht über einen Pool. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, überwiegend mit einem Elektrozaun. Hunde (max. 1) sind willkommen- sie dürfen aber weder ins Bett noch auf die Couch.

A nice 35 m² outbuilding for 2 people (possibility for 2 children in the sofa bed) in a large Mediterranean garden. We will welcome you to our quiet property, a 15-min walk from the charming village of Cotignac. We'll be happy to share our pool. Cotignac is a famous Provençal village, 1 hour from Aix and Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast or the Côte Bleue, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge and its lakes. English spoken.
