Tranquillity and elegance. An absolutely fantastic house that I designed for my getaways in Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two to fix it up—it's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, and the gondolas and boats passing by. An amazing water gate! A quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet central and close to the most beautiful and authentic part of Venice. Convenient for going shopping, for the vegetable stall or the bakery, and not far from a waterbus stop.

Potrete godere di tramonti mozzafiato dalla vostra camera da letto. E' strutturata su due piani: al piano terra cucina e comodo divano letto per una persona e al primo piano una stupenda camera matrimoniale con bagno. Beach spot with two umbrellas with four sunbeds in front of the sea, during the summer season. Quiet residential area ideal for stays with the whole family. The accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher on each floor in accordance with the law.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Casa Jolanda è una villetta a schiera con accesso indipendente, a 7 minuti a piedi dal mare e a pochi passi da Piazza Milano. E' adatta alle famiglie che vogliono rilassarsi e godersi le tante attrazioni di Jesolo. In zona tranquilla e vicinissima ad ogni servizio: fermata dell'autobus, banca, ufficio postale, farmacia, supermercato, ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi per lo shopping. Accettiamo 1 animale di piccola taglia (max 25kg).

Room in the Tower of Roncade Castle

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
