The apartment is 5 minutes from the highway exit and 5 minutes from the Nobili nursing home. We are halfway between Florence and Bologna, in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a few km from the beautiful Regional Park of the Suviana and Brasimone Lakes and on the well-known route "The Wool and Silk Road".

All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. The house is connected to the main road, via a road of about 700 meters semi-asphalted and is located about 2 km from the center of the village of Monghidoro, halfway between Bologna and Florence.
