Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

Однозначно рекомендую этот апартмент! Жилье соответствует объявлению. Находится в 15-20 минутах от аэропорта. Просторная квартира. Есть необходимые удобства. Не далеко есть кафе. Хозяева очень внимательны, заботливы и отзывчивы. Могут помочь в решении вопросов туриста, в т.ч. такси др. Этаж первый, но это очень нормально, т.к район безопасный и тихий, только самолёты слышны в небе. Хусеин и его супруга, хозяева жилья, отличные молодые люди! Хусеин, просто выручил нас и согласился отвезти нас в 2 часа ночи в аэропорт за небольшую плату!!! В целом положительные впечатления, благодарю хозяев!

Absolutely amazing stay! We traveled as a family and this apartment exceeded all our expectations. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable – it truly felt like home. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. We’re so happy we chose this place — it made our trip even more special. 100% recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Bu dairede 2. Kalışımız ve herşey beklediğimiz gibiydi. Konumu, yatakların konforu, temizlik görevlilerin titizliği takdir edilesi. Çalışanlar işlerini olması gerektiği gibi iyi yapıyorlar. Daimi müşteri olduk artık her istanbula gelişimizde kaldığımız yer oldu. Öncesinde floryadaki diğer otellerindede kalmıştık ve yine aynı memnuniyeti duymuştuk.

Прекрасная квартира, полностью соответствует фотографиям.Было удобно разместиться всей семьёй ( 7 человек).Месут разрешили заехать раньше указанного времени и решал оперативно наши запросы.Рядом большой торговый центр, магазины,рестораны,парк.Очень там понравилось.

Ahmet , was a lovely man , he respected my privacy, he's a very pro active individual, if something needs fixing , changing or replacing he's on it ! He very kindly arranged to collect me to take me to his place and he also very kindly went out of his way to take me to my bus upon departure, which was a fair drive through rush hour, and he kept a check on bus times and locations for me , which was incredibly helpful.. Ahmet stayed in the same apartment, but there was never an issue with this , he's a lovely, helpful, quiet natured gentleman. I'm not sure if the room advertised was the same with one less bed or a different room , it mattered not as it was perfect for my needs . Ahmets home , was always beautifully clean .

Yusuf was a super host and the place was perfect for us, everything was there, the pool was clean, the place had a beautiful sea view, and the villa had everything we needed, our family had a great time, we will book it again soon.

The place was so nice, clean and convenient. There was enough dishes, extra bed sheets and towels. Each room had its own bathroom. The pool was clean and ready to use. Their hospitality was great. I was there with my relatives. All of them were happy about that place.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

من افضل الاشخاص الذين تعاملت معهم. أخلاق و ذوق و دليل سياحي لكم في اسطنبول. حيث انه ساعدني كثيرا في الاماكن السياحية و خصوصًا المناسبة للأطفال تم توفير كامل المعدات و الادوات. سريع الرد و الاستجابة لأي طلب في اي وقت. المواعيد ممتازة، الشقة جدا نظيفة تصلح للعوائل مع الأطفال، يوجد كامل الخدمات قريب جدًا من موقع الشقة، صيدليات، مطاعم، سوبرماركت، و عدة خدمات أخرى الشفة متكاملة و كأنك في بيتك.

Jamal was extremely responsive and very friendly! The place is very neat and clean and we really love it as a family.. i would do it again! If you are with a family, this place is your direction especially if you have a car with you.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished! The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to it every morning was unforgettable. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. My host gave me a ride to the airport making it much more convenient. Five stars all the way!

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

New unit with an incredible view. It is located in one of the nicest areas in Istanbul as well.
