If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. There is a double elevator and a children's park, a football field and a basketball court in the compound. 1 minute walk away is the Life Valley, the largest open-air park in Istanbul. The house is spacious, cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a projection device and a movie theater except for the 140 screen TV.
