Important note: Guys, I haven't been able to respond to the comments due to a busy schedule at the moment, so I'm leaving a note here. Regarding the last negative comment, the guest said the jacuzzi wasn't working. The jacuzzi is working perfectly. The guest doesn't know how to operate the jacuzzi, and they say there's no hot water. Regarding the hot water, I wish they had called me and told me. I would have explained that the boiler probably ran out of water. It's very simple to adjust. They also say the floors were dirty. If I walk around my own house today with white socks, the floor will get dirty.

A Lovely Island Home with Flowers - Pansiyon Life

The carpenter Andon from Heybeliada decides to build a house on Burak Reis Street in 1928. The house was completed in 1930, and its lower floor is made of stone, upper floor is masonry gypsum, ceiling and floors are wooden. Andon the carpenter lived in this house for many years. No one had lived in this house for many years after his death. The new owner started the restoration in 2003. In 2004, a new life began in this renovated house surrounded by flowers. Cihangir is one of the most historic and beautiful districts of Istanbul. There are cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and hospitals around the apartment. "TAKSİM" square and "İSTİKLAL" avenue are very close. The subway, the coast and the tram are within walking distance. Thus, it will be very easy to reach the historical areas. The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. You need to climb about 8-10 stairs. The bedrooms are very quiet as they are on the side of the apartment's back courtyard.

Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance.
