I modernized this house with very special consideration for Butte's opulent roaring days of industry and the various styles that came along with it.

The Kelley House is not only a few steps from The Original Headframe, home of the famous Montana Folk Festival and An Ri Ra, it is within walking distance to the Historic Uptown District. It's quirky (boulders in bedroom) spacious studio has a single bed and room for two cots. (Max 3 people). It has a full kitchen, full bathroom & laundry. Private street entrance. Bus stop is across the street. Perfect for Buttes many festivals, meetings&conferences. Free street parking. It stays cool and quiet. Free Wifi, (eggs available for purchase on site) . *Studio does have exposure to working cats! Fire pit , BBQ and hanging hammock chair in the upper yard to enjoy the view.

Welcome to my cozy home in the heart of uptown Butte! This was my first home I bought, but have since moved in with my partner and wasn’t quite ready to give it up. The home is quaint and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with an air mattress for additional guests (let me know if needed). The home should have everything you need for a short or extended stay. There is a desk, washer and dryer and outdoor fire pit area for you to enjoy. It’s centrally located in Butte, a short drive to most places.

There is ample parking and a large grassy area great for outdoor activities. A full hook-up camp spot is available for an additional fee. The location is close to the Town of Whitehall, the Jefferson River, Lewis and Clark Caverns, Copper K Barn wedding venue, Ringing Rocks, and numerous ATV, horseback, and hiking trails.

We have changed our listing to month or longer stays and encourage people to advantage of the good rates this allows. Father Sheehan Park is close for creek side “socially distant” walks. Other changes: living room sofa no longer a bed, 2 twin beds in loft, Solo fire pit, removed play set. Open plan, no door on bedroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet within a half-mile of shopping, and one block away from a park and trails along Blacktail Creek. Looking forward to your stay!
