Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Ground floor: eat-in kitchen (25 m², tiled floor), living-dining room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub, and 1 toilet with hand basin. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (ranging from 9 to 40 m², with parquet flooring), 1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with toilet. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, etc.). Maintained to ensure comfort, this farmhouse has retained its 19th-century character. There is an adjoining garage with a Type 2 charging station.

The house is an old tower built on 3 levels. The lower level is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, it has french doors that open out onto the lower decking terrace. The middle level is the kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen tv and there is an oak staircase that leads to the upper twin bedroom with seperate toilet and basin.
