The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. my studio is on the first floor(with lift) . It is very cosy and functionally furnished . Bakery 10m,railway station 450 m, department store 50 m. Centre 900 m., parking garage only 20 m away . The studio is centrally located and all amenities are within walking distance.
