Located on the ‘cusp’ of the East end and Downtown, it’s on a bus route and is walking distance to all major amenities, walking trails and only 9 min from the airport.

Loved staying at David’s place!! It was beautifully decorated and it’s clear they put a lot of effort and care into this place! They had amazing attention to detail, with everything you could need (down to forgotten hair ties and toothpastes) and the location was quiet but within walking distance to downtown. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

We spent 8 days at Mark's place. It is right in the heart of St. John's, yet it's quiet and restful. It did not take long for us to feel right at home! The host, Mark, was very responsive and provided helpful instructions for our check-in, check-out, and everything in between. Having free street parking right by the accommodation was also very important and much appreciated, as we rented a car during our trip in NL. Overall, it was a great experience for us!!!!

Me and my husband had a fantastic stay at Mike's place! Mike was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay, offering helpful tips about the area and ensuring everything was taken care of. Mike was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even with our late flight arrival. He had no issue adjusting the check-in time, which made the process stress-free. Overall, We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!
