Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Burswood

Thank you to the host for providing us with such a cosy place to rest. Our children really enjoy the bath tub and the comfortable beds. We are also very touched at how thoughtful the host was as she thought of every small details. We love it here!

Rika’s place was wonderful! She’s pretty responsive when needed and would check in with us earlier on during the stay! Her home was very comfortable and very well stocked with all our daily needs - eg. cereal, tea/coffee, fresh towels/blankets and all the cooking utensils we need to feel right at home! Lovely stay!!!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place in Highgate. The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed. While the house is older and does show signs of needing some repairs, this didn’t impact our stay at all. The home was just as described, clean and comfortable, and Michelle was a very responsive and helpful host. Would happily stay again!

I’m so glad we chose this Airbnb for our stay. It was absolutely perfect for our family. The space was clean, spacious, and had such a warm, cosy feel that made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and it really felt like a home away from home. We were able to relax and enjoy quality time together, which meant so much. We had a wonderful stay there. The place is very clean and well kept, looks exactly like the pictures shown. The location is fantastic, close to supermarkets, restaurants and other essentials, we had a nice walk after dinner. The host Enzo was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Lilian is such a lovely and great host. The room that I rented is spacious enough for one person and very clean, and she provided little things like tissue, towel, and trash bin. It’s like your typical bedroom in your house. The best from it all is the value for money that you get and the superb location. All in all, I will definitely come back to this house if I am solo travelling to Perth again.

Hidden oasis close to all the things the city has to offer. Mark also provides a few luxuries that were totally unexpected but a great surprise. The space was massive for a single person travelling for business and the area was quiet but close to everything. Will stay again when I need to be in Perth.

Little space but have everything we need, very thankful for the wine and snacks! Location is good, will be back again next time when i'm in Perth.

Nice place for a short stay in Perth , good location and clean , indoor car park is a bonus . I had a few issues with my travel plans and asked to change dates and Katie was very good with it . All the best 🙂

Mayumi’s place was perfect for exploring Perth city, just an overhead bridge away from the city centre. Great that we also had a parking lot for the rental car. All the snacks came in really handy when we arrived on the evening of a public holiday (we didn’t know) and many shops/restaurants were closed. The exterior of the apartment wasn’t too appealing but all good and cozy once inside.

Keisha’s place is exactly as described, peaceful, clean, spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Great value for the area. We loved the Venetian blinds inside and the place is very quiet. Keisha and Jenny were extremely accommodating hosts and went above and beyond to help. We extended by 2 nights. Thanks again for a great stay!

Our third stay here and as always, felt very at home. The Boathouse had all the amenities and Liz and Chris are always so kind and considerate in having us check in early and checkout late. Conveniently close to public transport and great food along Albany Highway. Tq for having us! Ghaziah and Syazwina

The house was super easy to find, nice and clean. well equipped kitchen was a massive bonus too. Rami made sure the whole check in and out was easy, definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the city 🙏🏻

Lovely compact, comfortable apartment with everything needed for a cosy stay. We liked that the apartment was so close to the city centre with easy access to public transport and Elizabeth Quay. It is a great place to come back to after a hard day's exploring!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!
